This newly remodeled home overlooks the Atlantic Ocean is part of Sunrise Beach Resort, an exclusive gated community built in 2007 with only 10 other homes. Our home is fourth from the waters edge facing Southwest. Lounge in your private hammock or enjoy the gorgeous tropical landscaping and cool breezes on one of two balconies, dock or poolside, where you can soak up the sun steps from the house. The property also features it owns little sandy beach perfect for sunbathing. Breathtaking southwest views of the blue-green ocean can be seen from the balcony off of each bedroom.

Your boat, up to 24 feet, can be kept at the dock for your entire stay in the calm waters . We provide off site parking for your boat trailer upon request. Looe Key and American Shoal Reef can be seen from the house where you’ll find the most beautiful snorkeling and diving reefs in the keys, along with the excellent fishing. Fish or kayak right off the end of the dock or you can venture out to experience the history and action in Key West located only 17 miles away. In the immediate area you’ll find several very good restaurants, a gym/wellness center, and Cudjoe Garden’s Marina, a full service marina. The only 18-hole miniature golf course in the keys is located five miles away. Bahia Honda State Park and the Dolphin Research Center, which offers dolphin encounters, are other area attractions.

Our first time to the Florida Keys

Overall, my family had a great time staying at this location. We enjoyed using the pool and kayaks. It didn’t have an actual paddle board as stated and my daughter was disappointed with that. My husband really enjoyed fishing from the dock. He caught a variety of fish. The house was clean and modern. Plenty of space for us. There was a variety of products available at the home for us to use. Lactation isn’t too far from Key West. We would definitely stay here again ‘

We had an overall positive experience with the property management, communication was smooth, the location was convenient, and the property itself was clean and well-maintained.However, we did notice a few areas where improvements could make a big difference. The amenities provided were quite minimal, for example, there was a very limited supply of paper towels and bathroom essentials, which can be challenging for larger families.More importantly, the beds and mattresses were quite dated and uncomfortable. Some felt partially broken, and unfortunately, I struggled to get a good night's sleep during our entire stay.This isn't intended as a negative review, our stay was still enjoyable, but attention to these basic comfort and maintenance details could greatly enhance the overall guest experience. A few thoughtful upgrades would go a long way in ensuring future guests have a more comfortable and satisfying visit.

Beautiful home!

Visited for Thanksgiving and had a wonderful stay. Gorgeous home! Plenty of room for a family of four (3 adults and 1 teen) especially having a third full bath. Nice pool area with a heated pool and beautiful views. Close enough to Key West to go back and forth. We will definitely return!

This is a great place to call home while visiting the keys. The location was great for exploring all of the other keys including Key West, and it was away from all the noise and commotion. Very easily accessible. The house was super clean and tidy with more than enough room for the two of us. The space would definitely be roomy enough for a family or for sharing with another couple. We would definitely stay again

Winter getaway!

Great location, easy to travel to Key West or nearby Keys. Many great restaurants nearby. We loved the Square Grouper. Also loved visiting the State Parks. Highly recommend this location. We fell in love with the Florida Keys.

Great Location-Great Stay

This property is in a great location in the FL Keys. The space was clean and well-appointed with everything you need for a great stay. The grounds are well maintained have access to the water and a very nice pool area. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing on the dock. Restaurants are a very short drive away. Host was the most responsive and attentive of any similar property we've stayed at. This is a great pick for a family vacation in the Keys!

Sunrise Beach is a quiet place to relax. With nearby dive companies, or your own boat, you can explore some of the most beautiful reefs in the Keys just a few miles off shore. Nearby Key West (17 miles) is always a fun trip for a wide variety of food and entertainment. However, three of my top five favorite restaurants anywhere in the keys are less than 5 miles away. You will be staying in one of eleven stilt homes in this secluded gated community.

What makes this property unique

Our house has been beautifully remodeled . come relax in the hammock or come and enjoy all the water activity the keys have to offer.
We have limited spices and other pantry items that you are free to use during your stay.
We supply some paper goods to get you started but you are expected to buy your own supplies.
