This bright, cozy, private, and freshly-remodeled 200 square foot studio is connected to the main house and nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street in Fort Lauderdale. The property is located 10 minutes from world-renowned Fort Lauderdale beach as well as Fort Lauderdale International Airport and Port Everglades, is a 5-minute UBER ride to both Wilton Manors and downtown Fort Lauderdale, and is a 30-minute drive to Miami.

The studio boasts a queen size bed with pillow top mattress and a 32-inch flat screen TV and offers all the amenities of home, including all linens, towels, a small refrigerator (with freezer), toaster, coffee maker, and microwave. A dinette set including a table and two chairs is perfect for sun-filled breakfasts which will get you ready for that tough day at the beach. The studio also offers a bright, freshly painted, and updated private bathroom complete with soaps and shampoos. ComcastTV, Internet, and secure WiFi are also included.

The home features a front yard seating area under a canopy of trees perfect for enjoying a glass of wine (or 2!) in the evenings. A great space where you can kick your shoes off and feel at home! Also, take a stroll around the neighborhood to check out dozens of wild peacocks and iguanas grazing in front yards or taking a snooze in the trees.

Great weather, sunshine, fabulous beaches and the ocean: Fort Lauderdale is known as the Venice of America with all of its gorgeous winding waterways. It is also renowned as the yachting capital of the world. It enjoys 246 sunny days a year with average temperatures of 90 degrees in the summer months and lows during the winter months of 60 degrees. A favorite activity of both locals and tourists is jumping on the Water Taxi and exploring all that the Intracoastal Waterway and The New River have to offer. Absolutely Perfect

I was so comfortable and happy in every way! The apartment is super clean, cozy, and quiet. I am in the area almost every weekend for work and I even extended my stay for an extra day to get some more work accomplished!

They neighborhood was sketchy to say the least and the room was much smaller than what is shown by the pictures. But it served its purpose I just won’t stay there again.

I strive to make the absolute best experience for my guests. The room is exactly 220 SF as I describe in my listing, so I don't know why that was such a surprise to you. And the neighborhood is not at all sketchy as you wrote. It's a wonderful neighborhood full of diverse people of all nationalities and has an abundance of wild animals that are so mesmerizing. Absolutely Adorable

This place is so cute and clean. The Bed was super comfortable. What sets this place apart is the care taken by Christine to ensure you have a great stay. First youll find a binder with great local information. Then you notice other deatails such as extra outlets for your electronics to books by bedside. Then you see full set up for coffee including creamers in fridge. Folding beach chairs, fishing rod hooks and even a cooler! Such thoughtfulness is rare these days and while we did not make use of these the fact they were there shows how great she is! Highly recommend if you are looking for nice comfortable affordable place to stay.

Good place to lay your head at night

If looking for an inexpensive quiet place to stay while spending days doing other things, this is the place. Quiet neighborhood, easy to get to, comfortable bed, this is the place. Host communicated well ,had good information in notebook . Room fairly well thought out.The only problem was unable to connect to WiFi after the first day. Check sq. footage carefully as it was small. Size worked for us but might not for others. If your stay lasts long you might want to consider bringing your own towels.

Hi Dawn, thanks for the kind, yet a tad bit passive-aggressive review, but no worries, that's the message I got from you when I met you in my driveway. If you had issues connecting with the Wi-Fi, it's really simple to ask me to reset the modem and/or contact Comcast to see if there is an issue in the area, but I never heard from you regarding the outage. Furthermore, I state in my property's bio that the room is 220 SF, which includes the bathroom and the closet. I'm happy the size worked for you, but I appreciate you giving your opinion as to what others may find satisfactory. What I did not appreciate is you throwing all your food & drink trash in the outside garbage can labeled "Yard Waste Only", meaning grass, leaves, and tree clippings. Oh, the trash guys gave me a lashing for that! Lastly, I always happily offer extra towels and linens to anyone staying over 4+ days, so you don't have to bring your own towels. But thanks for the great review!

Amazing location

This property is a bit smaller than it seems in the pictures but it's very conveniently located and perfect for a Florida getaway. Very clean, nice neighborhood, and great communication. There were many fun things to do nearby and I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location!

The room was beautiful and clean. The front yard was so relaxing and we even saw some peacocks! The location was perfect and super close (5 min drive) to an artsy area with an arcade which was really fun. Thank you so much!

For some guests, there is absolutely no pleasing them, No matter what you do, they will complain down to the tiniest piece of lint on a towel. Nancy was one of those guests. Complained about everything, even before ever arriving at the property and also that which was out of my control. And, ironically, ended up stealing that bath towel. And complained about having to bring it back after I reported it to Booking.

Unfortunately the area of this home was in a unsafe area and we did not stay at the property. When we arrived into the area we could tell the neighborhood was in unkept area. In looking up the address on a police blotter after pulling up outside it was in a crime ridden neighborhood and we did not feel safe in staying.

Tracy, You said there was a foul smell? That's a very broad statement. Can you describe the smell? No one has ever complained about a foul smell before. Also, if you leave a bunch of sugary doughnuts on the table overnight, it doesn't matter if you're in Florida or Alaska or Timbuktoo, you're going to have ants all over them! Maybe not leave food out overnight and this wouldn't be a problem. SMH. It's reviews like these that just make me chuckle. Good luck in your future endeavors.

Kleine Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist maximal für zwei Personen geschaffen. Alles sehr beengt, aber für ein paar Tage in Ordnung. Leider fiel das Internet nach einer halben Stund nach Ankunft schon aus und war auch in den drei Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes nicht verfügbar. Sonst so auf wie auf den Fotos.
