Lovely setting on Aspen Lake

Built in 1974 and completely remodeled in 2016. Beautifully furnished 1,900+ square foot home has a stunning view of Aspen Lake. Relax and soak it all in. The only traffic you'll see are the occasional walkers or bikers on the path that meanders by the lake.

Knotty alder wood cabinets, doors, windows, trim, and floor. Living room has two large leather sofas, two leather reclining chairs, fireplace and lake view. Large square dining room table has 8 comfortable chairs. Kitchen and bathrooms have granite countertops. Downstairs: Master bedroom/bath, bunk room (4 bunks with a curtain door), and laundry/ 1/2 bath. Upstairs: Large 2nd bedroom, full bath. Back patio and deck has lake view, table with 6 chairs, two lounging chairs, hammock, and BBQ.

Black Butte Ranch is a breathtaking destination that has drawn visitors for an extraordinary vacation experience since the early 1970’s. With stunning views of the Cascade Mountains, Ponderosa pines, Aspen groves, and abundant wildlife, the setting of Black Butte Ranch is pristine. Many amenities await with two of the finest championship golf courses in Central Oregon, fabulous restaurants, spa, horseback riding, tennis and pickleball/bocce ball courts, horseshoe pits, basketball courts, swimming pools, fitness centers, a craft and game center, playgrounds, sport field, frisbee golf course, and extensive walking/biking paths. Beautiful property and setting. We liked that it was at the end of the row of Cabins and that it was so beautifully decorated. Great use of space for looking at the lake, visiting in front of the fire, or playing games at the large, square dinner table. Fantastic beds, too!

The upstairs bedroom was perfect for our kids, they had their own space while my husband and I had ours downstairs. Lovely BBR stay!

We loved the accommodations and property convenience. Easy to get to from the Welcome Center, and easy to get to Glaze Meadow pool from the home. We enjoyed having a fire, gathering for meals at the large dining table, and the upstairs separate space. Overall nice and clean, just had to wipe out a few drawers, the fridge, and found a spider in the linens. Thank you for sharing your space!

Great location. Center of all of the action. Beautiful and spacious interior. Comfortable. Beds were amazing. Loved the back deck and dining area. TV's and amenities were fantastic. Rustic and elegant cabin in the pines with a view of Aspen lake. Decor is classy and creative including a well equipped kitchen. Our family enjoyed the relaxed setting for the second year. There are two masters, both with beautiful tiled walk in showers and elevated amenities. Owners are thoughtful and very accommodating.
