Located on the popular Hargreaves Road, sits this magnificent waterfront Holiday escape, featuring 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and best of all, some of the most beautiful unimpeded views of the coastline available: no road in front - only a grassy reserve, cycle path, revegated clifftop, rolling waves and glorious skies.

Sleeping up to 10 guests, the property is split over two levels and offers the following layout:

Downstairs:

Three bedrooms, two offering queen beds and the third featuring two single beds that can be put together to make a king size. One of the queen bedrooms features TV.
Two way bathroom coming off the back queen bedroom with separate toilet and basin.
Living area with two lounges, TV and DVD player and access to grassy reserve and beach. This area also features split system heating and cooling.
Laundry with washer and dryer as well as outside drying lines adjacent.
Table tennis setup in former garage.

Upstairs:

Spacious open plan with large living, dining and kitchen areas.
Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with ample crockery, cutlery and cookware. Kitchen also includes Oven, Cook top, Microwave, Fridge and Dishwasher.
Dining includes seating for 12 guests.
Living is exceptional with the large carpeted area featuring stunning views of the coastline and access to front balcony. The living also features TV and split system heating and cooling.
Two remaining bedrooms, one featuring queen bed and TV, and second offering set of bunks.
Main bathroom with spa bath, shower, toilet.
Separate guest toilet with vanity.
Large sun deck with outdoor table and BBQ.
Rear roadside balcony with hills views.
The property is immaculate and location is perfect, the views on offer are exceptional, with easy access to the beach, a lush green reserve in front of the property. Perfect for the kids, watch the whales in winter and surf in summer!

Highly recommend!

Spacious and well-appointed holiday house for our group of 10! Fabulous location with stunning views, only a short stroll to Middleton beach and great walking/cycling trails into Port Elliot. Plenty of room for both adults and kids to relax and unwind. A perfect place to spend a long weekend for two families.

Large home with excellent views and easy access to the beach. Very clean and tidy. Great price. We will be back next year if not before.

Big house but basic.

Great location. Great views. Beds are nice. Good living spaces. Tough to park as driveway is long and narrow. Appliances are very basic. Hot water service runs out often. Blinds are falling to bits.
