Welcome to Island Charm. This 3-bed, 2 bath home has an open concept living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful granite counters and a generous island that will make meal prep an enjoyable family affair. Two King bedrooms, each with an ensuite bath and a bunk room with three twin beds allows for up to 7 guests to sleep comfortably. All 3 bedrooms have TVs. Outside there is a sunny pool deck area and a nice, shaded patio area including fridge, microwave and outdoor dining furniture near the grill. There is a custom built outdoor concrete Ping Pong table for some friendly competition. Rest and rejuvenate at Island Charm on your next vacation.

Area Activities:

Welcome to Fort Myers Beach! There are multiple state parks nearby that are waiting for your adventures. Jump on the trolley to take you south to the secluded Lover's Key State Park or go north to Bowditch Point Park. The Fish Tale Marina offers boat rentals and dockage for those wanting to get out on the water. Travel around the island in style in a rented Moke or golf cart. Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! Please note that the area is currently rebuilding after Hurricane Ian. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better, inviting you to bask in the sun, sand, and amazing sunsets once again. Island Charm Stay

We loved the Island charm. Many things available for use at the house for guests (towels, beach chairs, games, umbrellas, beach cart, etc.). Beds were comfy, and the pool was clean and refreshing. Unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy the awesome hot tub much. We would stay at the Island Charm again for sure!

Family get-away!

This property had everything you need to be as comfortable as possible. Private pool and hot tub, close to the beach and shopping in the near vicinity. Many places to eat and drink.

A Relaxing getaway!

There were no challenges with the property. It was smaller than I anticipated however the jacuzzi made up for the size. Great location! Loved being near the beach! Enjoyed the relaxing vacation!

Three of us have been friends for 50 plus years and our girls weekend was perfect at your home. Minutes to the beach and everything we needed. The home was beautiful and we were humbled by the the devastation from the hurricane.

This is a very nice house with a great location; within walking distance to the beach and restaurants. There was plenty of room for four adults and three teens. Pool and hot tub were nice. All the mattress’ are terrible and the room with bunk beds was very small for teens.

Great Home Away From Home

We truly enjoyed our stay at Island Charm! It was the perfect size for our family of four - two adults and two kids under 10. The kids loved having separate bedrooms with TVs and, of course, we enjoyed having one in ours as well. The bathrooms were a little snug, but were fine for a week of vacation. We loved having everything on one floor and a great couch for watching movies on a rainy day. There was plenty of closet and drawer space, seating throughout the house and the kitchen was perfect. The island is huge and the fridge was fantastic. The pool was great! We never turned the spa on - it was already hot enough! - but the kids loved having a smaller space to play, so it was a lovely addition to the pool. There were plenty of chairs and we enjoyed the table, mini fridge and overhead fan (all out of the sun) while eating lunch and dinner. The grill worked like a charm and there were plenty of great things under the stairs - chairs, sand toys, an umbrella and a beach wagon. We enjoyed walking down to the ice cream shop from the house and also stopping on our way back from the beach. The house is a 5 minute walk from a beach access point (#28) that is located directly across from a crosswalk. And an added bonus, the access point had a Mobi-Mat installed, allowing for ADA beach access. While we did not need this for disability reasons, it made it much easier for the kids to walk down the path and to pull the beach wagon. *chef's kiss*

Great location

Cute house with a great location. Quiet street, short walk to beach, AC works well, nice pool and hot (warm) tub attached. We had a great time, found house comfy decorated nicely, two things that could have made it a five start stay....pool cleaning and house cleaning supplies. We checked in on a Saturday and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon, after a week of use it defiantly needed vacuumed and some chemicals, doing it mid stay or even providing a vacuum for people to use would have been nice, I vacuum our pool at home almost every day to keep it clean, we did the best we could with the net but as you know that does nothing for the bottom or the chemicals needed. The other complaint was there was not a single thing to clean the house with...no counter disinfectant, no stove top cleaner, nothing to wipe down bathrooms with. We rent houses often, all over the world, and have always had the basics left (cleaners, disinfectants, salt and pepper, etc) this was a first with us and was shocking, you would think they would like us to keep their house clean. We borrowed some from our friends that rented a house down the street that was well stocked as I was not buying everything to clean a house for our 1 week stay. Add some cleaners and mid stay pool maintenance and this would be a 5 star place.
