### Electric Vehicle Charging



An EV charger is available in the garage. EV charging is **not included in the rental rate**. Guests who wish to use the charger must notify us in advance. Electricity usage is billed at **$5 per day**.



### Important House Rules



This is a **non-smoking, no-pet property** designed for families and responsible groups.



- Primary renter must be at least **28 years old**

- Maximum occupancy: • 12 but no more then 8 adults plus 4 children. The additional bedding is for children.

- No more than **8 adults**

- No parties or unauthorized gatherings

- No additional guests beyond those included in the reservation without prior approval

- No smoking or vaping

- No pets

- Please keep outdoor areas quiet after **9:00 PM**

- Check-in: **4:00 PM or later**

- Check-out: **10:00 AM**



After booking, guests are required to complete our online rental agreement and provide a copy of the primary renter's ID. Check-in instructions and the property access code will be provided once all required items and payments have been received.



### Cancellation Policy



Cancellations made **31 or more days before check-in** are eligible for a refund. For VRBO and direct bookings, approximately **3% in credit-card processing fees is non-refundable**, as those fees are not returned to us by the merchant processor.



For Airbnb reservations, refunds are handled according to the applicable Airbnb cancellation and payment policies.
