Electric car charger in garage, New Furnace, New Waterheater, Fireplace (2), Internet/Wifi, Washer & DryerGarage, Parking, TV, Hot Tub/ Jacuzzi, Outdoor shower, Apple TV, Surf Boards, Boogie Boards, Bikes, Beach Chairs,Beach Towels Provided, Iron Hair Dryer, Whole House Vacuum, Whole House intercom/Radio, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Dishes & Utensils, New Thermador Refrigerator, Range, Hood and Dishwasher Blender, Pots/Pans Mixer, Crock Pot, Games, DVDs, Ceiling Fans and Room Fan, No Air Conditioning and no need, the Pacific Ocean is our AC, crib. As a local I have never had AC in HB for 50 years you just do not need it and you will see that less than 20% of the homes advertised this close to the beach have AC. It stays very cool this close to the beach.

Cancellation policy: We offer a refund for cancellations within 31 days of check-in, however, if you booked on VRBO or direct the credit card fee of approximately 3 percent is not refunded because the merchant processor does not refund us the credit card fees but if you booked on airbnb you will receive a full refund.

After you reserve we will have sign our rental agreement online, below is a summary of our house rules.



You must be 28 years of age If you are less than 25 years of age an additional damage deposit will be applied if we decide to accept your reservation.



No Parties: No pets,. No parties/ gatherings without permission or excessive noise allowed or you will forfeit all or a portion of any charges or Refundable Damage Deposit. No excessive noise or gathering outside after 9 pm. This means no extra people than the people in your group listed above.



All of our homes are NO SMOKING homes.



Check-In and Out: Check-in is anytime after 4 pm. Check out is at 10am. Upon receipt of full payment, signed contract and copy of ID, we will provide you with a security code and check in instructions for the property.
