To truly appreciate this wonderful holiday home, is to experience it first hand. With ducted air-conditioning and heating throughout, comfort is not compromised. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area located at the front of the home provides ample space for multiple families.

The crisp white kitchen provides a perfect environment to prepare and entertain. Ample cupboards filled with all your dining requirements. Gas hot plates, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine & much more.

The large deck is a delightful place to enjoy alfresco entertaining; private, and with a perfect north-east aspect whether toasting the good life under the warm toasty sunshine, or sharing a delicious meal and a glass or two of Australian wine under the is a truly special place to celebrate and relax.

Bedroom 1 with a queen bed and ceiling fan to sleep up to 2.
Ensuite with shower vanity and toilet.

Bedroom 2 with a queen bed to sleep up to 2.
Bedroom 3 with a queen bed to sleep up to 2.
Bedroom 4 with 2 king single bunk beds to sleep up to 4.
Additional 2 trundle beds to sleep up to 2 children will be provided by request only, located in Bedroom 4.
$50 per bed per night applies except for bookings of 7 nights or more.

A separate toilet.
Fully equipped laundry with a washing machine and dryer.
Large fully fenced and gated garden, perfect for children to play.

A full bed linen & bathroom towel package is available with every booking for up to 10 guests.

A pet is welcome by application only and at the Owners discretion to approve. Please do not book then request as we do not wish to disappoint. Pet stay levy applies.

Strictly no schoolie groups bookings, events, or parties. Only mature guests will be considered. All adult groups cannot be accommodated. Instant bookings that do not comply with the minimum requirements will not be accepted and will be cancelled. Our booking terms and conditions cancellation policy will apply.
