Beach Fun - 11 Broadbeach Drive

Set in the magical suburb of Carrickalinga and only a gentle stroll to the beach is this terrific getaway. Designed with holidays in mind this home has a great open plan modern feel which will suit families. The kitchen looks out onto the open plan living and deck so you can always have an eye on the kids. There are four bedrooms, the main with en-suite. A huge undercover outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ provides the perfect location to cook a meal and the well-fenced backyard will give the kids a safe place to play.

Location: Just a short walk down the road to the beach
Bed configuration: Sleeps 10 - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a bathtub.

Linen: Sheets and towels are not provided, guests must supply their own, or Guests can hire linen packages through our Ray White Normanville office. (Prior ordering is essential)
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers:
Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat face washer, and T-towel

The cleanliness was average. The bedding was dirty upon arrival, dust and lost items from previous visitors under the beds. Needed more cups and mugs for amount of guests. Bed 3 queen was very hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise the house was comfortable and had a good number of beds and outdoor patio was nice. Plenty of board games and DVDs at property.

Nice house , poor communication from management

House was great but poorly managed, received a email saying collect keys after 3 so delayed leaving only to receive a text saying are you coming before 3 because that’s when we close, was advertised as having ducted rc cooling and heating but only had evap and lots of electric heaters,wasn’t super clean, bbq was dirty,bin was full and got an message telling me to put bins out on Sunday but received message Monday lunchtime, otherwise house was in a great quiet location short walk from the beach

Relaxed Family Environment only short walk from beach

We had such a great time and makes such a difference being able to bring the dogs along for the holiday large back yard, very clean property in great location

We had a very enjoyable stay. The accommodation location and size was awesome. Having two bathrooms was very convenient as we had a large group of people attending. Overall we had an excellent time and can't wait to come again.
