The upper level features three spacious bedrooms and two beautifully appointed bathrooms, perfect for family living. The fourth bedroom, complete with its own ensuite, is conveniently located on the lower level, making it ideal for guests or multi generational families.

With high ceilings and a rooftop deck, it's the perfect spot to soak up the sun by day or enjoy stargazing by night, creating an unforgettable holiday experience.

Tesla Charger - Aquarius now has Tesla Charging available for guests. The charger is a Generation 3 Wall connector on a single phase 32amp circuit which is installed on the right hand side of the carport.
Power output is 7.4 kwatts which adds 40 to 50km of range per hour of charge. Charging times vary with models but you will definitely be fully charged overnight

Blankets and pillows are provided for all beds and this property also provides linen. Linen is sheets, pillowcases, bath towels and bath mats. Maximum guests: 10 guests. Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen bed, Bedroom 2: Queen bed, Bedroom 3: Double bed and king single bed, Bedroom 4 Downstairs: Double bed and king single bed.

They are NOT for use as "party venues", No parties, schoolies, hen’s, buck’s, weddings, functions, commercial event or other style of event is to take place at the property. This property is surrounded by permanent residents and located in a quiet coastal area. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be asked to leave the property immediately. Offensive, loud or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated, and such behaviour will result in immediate cancellation of your stay with no refund.
