With regards to the shower, I will ensure my cleaning team are informed and attend to it asap. With regards to fleas, we will address this immediately as well, i know the entire Sands complex is strictly no pets however people can bring them up from the beach. We have also not had any complaints from prior guests, I am terribly sorry this occurred during your visit. Thank you for forwarding feedback on your recent stay with us, this provides valuable insight into how we can improve our guests experience while visiting. The map attachment was a bug error and you should not have received that, my apologies, we have rectified this in our system already. We will update our communication with guests to recommend that a car may be required, however from experience we know that many guests who have not already arranged a car to tour the Island would utilize the bus service which is far most cost effective and runs every 30 minutes from right outside the property and throughout the Island. We were unaware of any fleas in the property and will address immediately with pest control, with this property being within a complex absolutely no pets are permitted anywhere and we have not had any complaints such as this in the past, my apologies for the inconvenience.
