This ground floor apartment offers an open plan, air-conditioned living area with flat screen TV and DVD player, dining area and a full kitchen including dishwasher and pod coffee machine. The queen bedroom has a TV, ceiling fan and courtyard access, and a queen sofa bed in the living room can accommodate additional guests. Property now features Wifi. There is one bathroom with a shower, an internal laundry with a washer and dryer, and an allocated single car space onsite.

Spend your days splashing in the calm waters of Shoal Bay, checking out the local nature trails at Tomaree National Park and picnicking at one of the many scenic locations nearby, then finish up with drinks and tasty food overlooking the water from Little Beach Boathouse or the Country Club Hotel – or, just head back to your holiday apartment to relax and dine in. Holiday

Lovely clean unit, just as viewed in profile. Great location and set up for home cooking but also lots of restaurants nearby. Shoal Bay is gorgeous and Nelson Bay nearby has lots more amenities but very busy

Great little unit.

Good location. Easy check in and out. Only downfall was the mobile reception is next to nothing, unit needs a WiFi system. Also needs a lock on the bathroom door. Other than that I highly recommend it
