Panoramic views over Shoal Bay Beach
Take a beachside getaway, with spectacular Shoal Bay Beach right at your doorstep. The picturesque coastline of Port Stephens is one of the prettiest in Australia, and in this 2nd floor unit, the spectacular views over the water and out to the headlands carry from the balcony and all the way into the open plan living space, so you'll have that refreshing holiday feeling every moment of your stay.
Your apartment has direct beach access on a walking track through the leafy reserve right onto the sand. Along the 2.5km stretch of stunning coastline, you'll find opportunities to hire kayaks or stand up paddleboards, calm bay waters for swimming, BBQ facilities and picnic tables, along with numerous cafes, restaurants and shops. Little Beach is just a 550m stroll, and you will quickly see why it is so popular. Take the kids to play at the playground and run around on the sand or reserve, then enjoy seafood over the water at Little Beach Boathouse, or head further along the coast (1.4km from your apartment) to snorkel and feed the fish at Fly Point. Location really does not get any better than this.
In your cosy apartment, the open plan lounge and dining leads directly out to the balcony, where you can dine alfresco in that fresh sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a shower and vanity, with handy separate powder room. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, one with queen bed and the other with a tri-bunk, and the internal laundry has a washer and dryer.
A lockup garage on the waterfront side of the building offers parking for one car – please note this garage is shared with another unit.

- Linen and bath towels will be supplied. The beds will made ready for your arrival.

Must stay place. The view from this unit is speechless, extremely beautiful. Me and my family did not want to leave. Everything was perfect other than some basic stuffs such as hand wash and cleaning products. Please carry hand-wash, Tissue box, cleaning spray, wipes and shampoo conditioner with you.

Wish the TV worked (could not use it because the speakers on the TV were blown)
Also if the manager could organise a bit more coffee, tea, sugar. There was hardly any for more than 2 use. Had to go to the shop to buy more.

Great place for a young family
This was a perfect place for our little family to stay. Great, quick walk to the beach and a short drive to the bay for breakfast and shopping. Had all the essentials in the kitchen if we wanted to cook for ourselves.

Good property in a great location but not quiet.
Good location and clean property, the only issue was unit doors were being replaced, floors were being replaced at other units and locks were being changed while we were there. Also tradies blocking the garage.

Very relaxing and amazing views from the balcony. Constant sounds of the ocean was what we need to unwind.Unfortunately the shower drain smell was bad and small bedroom had a bad odor, like wet carpet. Single bed in that room is badly sagged and should be updated. We would still return if the above issue were resolved.Also my 4WD would not fit in the garage so maybe advertise height limit there.

Comfortable unit, with beautiful view of shoal bay
travelled with husband and 3 adult daughters. Main bed comfortable. 2nd bedroom not as comfortable for adults but would be great for kids. Had everything we needed for weekend, beach at doorstep.
