Hi David, Hope you had a safe trip back. Thank you very much for your 5* review, as a result of which we are now PREMIER HOSTS! So a BIG thank you once again. We're so pleased you enjoyed your stay in London and we're happy to have been your hosts. Be well. Be safe. Sam & Nidhi

Julian is a very nice guy. Personable, considerate and extremely well-mannered. He was also a great communicator and kept to arrangements made. It was a pleasure having him and his younger brother stay with us. The flat was left clean and tidy and we would certainly welcome them both again as guests of Sam & Nidhi in Baker Street and there is no hesitation to recommend him to other hosts. Great guest!

Thank you so much! We’re so happy that you enjoyed your time in London AND in your home away from home. Be well. Be safe and thank you. Sam & Nidhi

Thank you Gary. It was great having you and your family stay with us. You are lovely people and great guests! You're more than welcome to visit us again.

Hi Jennifer, A great pleasure hosting you and your delightful family. Thank you so much for staying with us. A real pleasure. And thank you for taking good care of our home. Hope to see you again soon!

Hi Rosanna, It was lovely to meet you, Harry and son! You’re extraordinarily lovely people (and so laid back!). It was a pleasure showing you around Marylebone High Street and our neighbourhood! We’re so pleased you enjoyed your stay in our amazing city and that you liked our 2 bedroom flat! We also think it’s in a great location - so close to Regents Park, Madame Tussaud’s, Baker Street and the shopping and theat district of the West End. We would be more than happy to welcome you all again. It was a real pleasure and honour to have you as our HomeAway clients! Be well. Happy New Year! All best. Sam & Nidhi

Dear Sarah, We’re so pleased that you enjoyed your stay and that you found Marylebone Village and Regent’s Park, both on our doorstep! Thank you for your review and for choosing us as your home away from home. Do please consider staying with us again on your next visit. We would be delighted to host you. Sam & Nidhi

Thanks Tracy. Very kind of you. It's so nice to be acknowledged for all the hard work we put in to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience. We appreciate it. Thank you. Our motivation is "what would we love to have if it were us visiting a new city and staying in an apartment" - and we make sure there are goodies there to delight and surprise, especially after a long flight!. We'd also appreciate the "inside track" as to where to go and what to see/do. We love London and Sam is born and bred here, so has many insights and recommendations to uncover places and sights not necessarily on the radar. We want our guests to experience the best our amazing city has to offer - hence the "Red Book" of local knowledge and curated experiences. We know our flat is in a superb location - 250 yards from Regents Park, Baker Street and Marylebone Station, Madame Tussauds, Sherlock Holmes Museum - all within 3-4 minutes walk. And a hop, skip and a jump to the West End, the shopping of Oxford St Bond St, Regent St and Piccadilly Circus only 10 minutes away. We want our guests to have a FAB time - it's what we would want if we were guests. So we're really happy you enjoyed yourselves. Welcome and thank you.

Hi Victoria, Thanks for your visit. We’re very pleased you had a great time in our amazing city, London. Thanks for the review. We do try our best to ensure our guests are comfortable and happy staying with us, hence the food in the fridge, ground coffee and organic tea etc.. Thanks for the compliments about Nidhi’s original artwork. It adds counterbalance and colour to the whitewashed walls and minimalist decor. London is so busy, it’s nice to come back to an apartment where you can rest and recharge. We trust you found useful the many suggestions in our red folder on where to go and what to do/eat. Wishing you all well and do please come again.

Dear Steph, You are so welcome to stay anytime you want. Your positivity and happy attitude is most refreshing and infectious! We're so happy that you enjoyed your stay with us - your home away from home! Thank you for the wonderful review - we are truly grateful. It's guests like you that make it all worthwhile for us...so a BIG thank you to you. Be well, be safe and we hope to see you again! Sam & Nidhi

Hi Alecia, Thanks so much for the review and we're so pleased you enjoyed your stay with us. We did advise you, on entry, NOT to use the dryer (washing machine was fine) as it tripped the electrics, but you did it anyway. We have since replaced the washing machine, so we do apologise for the inconvenience. Ours is a quirky building. We have a drying cupboard which is not only environmentally friendly but works amazingly well 24/7 with the advantage of drying clothes superbly well and not over-creasing them. We have a separate toilet to the bathroom, it's true, with the advantage that someone can have a bath in privacy and someone else can use the loo in privacy - at the same time! It's also true that we don't have a TV (we don't advertise one on our profile), however streaming TV on all devices is possible with our awesome fibre internet. Like many things in life, it's about perception and experience. Thank you for acknowledging the awesome service - we really do go above and beyond to give our recommendations about London and our neighbourhood - where to go, eat and experience the best that our great city has to to offer. We also provide welcome packs for our guests, so there is food and drink on arrival for hungry and weary travellers. Our philosophy is to treat our guests like we would want to be treated and try to create an ambience where it's your home away from home.

Dear Tammy, We thank you so much for your custom and for choosing us as your home away from home. You were really great guests and so appreciative - we really were delighted having you stay with us. We're so pleased that you enjoyed the benefits of our location to see our great city! The weather is a constant talking point in England...rare to find a truly hot day...a bit like hen's teeth (and air conditioning! especially in London!). Hopefully the floor fans helped out. Thank you again so much for being our guests and for the great review!. Onwards & upwards. Sam & Nidhi

Hi Björn, So pleased you enjoyed your stay with us! Did you mean only one star or was that a mistake? Allen gute.

Hi Thomas, Thank you so much for staying with us. It was a great pleasure to meet you and your daughter - hope she successfully delivered on "Operation Shop". All thanks to you. Sam & Nidhi
