This guest was all over the place from the start. Wanted to switch his dates to include either the prior weekend or the following. I did everything I could to try and accommodate then he decided he didn’t need that anymore. Proceeds to tell me he’s bringing a boat 24 hours prior to his arrival and then is upset because the seawall is under construction, although he booked knowing full well that it would still be! Never reached out about any type of issues that we’re going on during the stay, and if anyone that has worked with VRBO knows the app, you don’t always get the messages until you log onto the booking. Just so happens my following guests had an issue with the tub which I’m assuming is something that Matthew or his family caused. I take my hosting very seriously as you can tell from the rest of my reviews. My number 1 concern is my guests happiness.

The location was great, the villa is beautiful, it had everything you needed, all you had to bring was your swimsuit and toothbrush. The hostess Stephanie was extremely nice and helpful. We brought the boat, Debby and employees were great, very helpful and very friendly, couldn’t do enough for us. Overall we had a great time and will definitely come back again. We give the place five stars out of five.

We had a great time staying at coral lagoon in unit number seven. The place had everything we needed! Plus lots of extras, extra towels, extra pillows, plenty of trash bags, and even laundry pods! We would definitely stay here again.

The best location in Marathon

We loved our stay, it was just as described. Very clean and nice. With a central location to everything we wanted to see, it was the perfect spot for us. And the pool was amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Great lodging in the Keys

We stayed at Coral Lagoon to celebrate my sister's birthday and the house was perfect for our family. Staying in Marathon gave us a good location to explore the Keys. Stephanie was super easy to communicate with, and the unit was nicely appointed and had everything we needed for a great week. We highly recommend Coral Lagoon.

Stephanie is a great host. We arrived a bit early and she was able to get us in before check in. The home is spacious and was very clean. The pool is a bit small and overcrowded with people who claim their lounge chair before the sunrise but that could have been the week we were there. Overall great place to stay!

Property was very nice. Location to stores and restaurants was convenient. Property Management was very helpful. Kitchen was well stocked. My only complaints would be that the refrigerator was not cold when we got there, beds were not comfortable, and there were palmetto bugs (roaches) in the unit.

Thank you so much for your 5 STAR review! There was a guest checking out the day you were checking in so it could have been left open for some time to clean or the previous guest turned it down. I apologize! I have never had a complaint about the beds, only compliments, so I would welcome any input you have on how to make them more comfortable :) oh the bugs!!! They are such a nuisance during this season!! No matter how much you spray!! :(

Perfect! And pet friendly! Everyone was happy!

We stayed here when we had to go to a wedding at the Marriott Courtyard Faro Blanco. It is about 10 minutes from the venue. It is a very nice place. The living room and master bedroom are very spacious. The other two bedrooms are very nice. Everyone was very comfortable. It was great having 2 1/2 baths for everyone, especially when getting ready for the wedding. Loved that it is pet friendly! It was very clean! Communication with the host was excellent! Very happy with my choice.
