Awesome apartment in a great location, just a block or two from town and the beach. Lots of privacy, super well equipped kitchen and house, and the hosts are great! Would definitely stay here again:)

We are former Encinitas/Cardiff residents and returned for a weekend to visit our old haunts and friends. This property was the perfect place to stay. Here is what we especially noticed:- Great location: Close to the I-5 and equidistant to either downtown Encinitas or the beach.- Very comfortable unit and well outfitted.- Comfy outdoor patio area.- Available off-street parking.Bottom line: We'd definitely stay here again next time we're in town. But, for those unaware of the trains running through Encinitas, you do near the train whistles at all hours of the day/night...not a big deal for us, but something to be aware of if you've never visited before.

we love encinitas and this apartment is perfect for a week or two stay. Our only issue was that we couldn't get the washing machine to work and the host did not try to get it working.

This guest didn't inform us about the washing machine not working. I contacted our appliance repairman as soon as I saw this comment, and he is coming today to fix the problem. We always try our best to make any necessary repairs immediately.

We enjoyed our month long stay in Joe’s apartment. The location couldn’t be better. We walked everywhere. Initial minor issues were quickly addressed & resolved. The shower was great. In situ washer & dryer was a huge plus. Upgrades to kitchen supplies & furnishings would be a welcome improvement but overall a very satisfying stay.

What a wonderful space! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, downtown to shops and restaurants. The apartment was even nicer than expected: tall ceilings, washer and dryer, comfortable living space, nice bathroom! The owner was friendly, helpful and clear communication. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!
