From this ground-level unit you can easily walk down a flight of stairs just outside to reach the sandy shore. Though Oceanside has only two restaurants and no grocery store, you can drive south two miles to Netarts for the basics, or take the highway about nine miles to Tillamook for plenty of eateries, shopping, and other activities.

Inside this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo is a gorgeous remodeled interior with extras such as air conditioning, oak hardwood floors, and even heated tile floors in the bathroom. Though there is no ocean view from inside, you can easily step outside to the large shared deck to enjoy an unbeatable view of the sea and the three arches.

Step into the living room to find cozy seating arranged in front of a wall-mounted TV. With cable, DVD players, and WiFi access, you'll have plenty of entertainment options here. A full kitchen provides new appliances and is a great place to whip up a quick snack or prepare a filling breakfast before a walk on the beach.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, and an additional sofabed in the living room means this condo can sleep up to four guests. You can even bring two dogs with you, though please be aware there is a nightly pet fee. The complex has a shared laundry room, so you won't have to worry about what to do if your clothes need a little freshening up, and the parking lot has three electric vehicle charging spots (two for Teslas and one generic).

With space for a small family or a few friends, you and your loved ones will feel right at home here. Whether you're hoping to spend your visit beachcombing, exploring the coastline, or sightseeing in nearby towns, there's plenty to keep everyone busy here on the Northern Coast.

If you drive just two miles south to Netarts, however, cell service should be much more reliable. For your convenience, there is an outside phone available under the carport with free long distance if needed.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
