We were there for a family reunion. There was plenty of room for us to congregate upstairs in the main living area. We liked that each couple had a king sized bed and private bathroom. The mattresses were all comfortable. Access to the beach was directly across the road and very convenient.

This home was great for our girls weekend. Each of us had our own bedroom & most had their own bathroom. There was a nor’easter when we were there so we weren’t able to use the pool or hot tub. There was plenty of comfortable seating for all of us to watch a movie & catch up with each other.Read carefully what essentials to bring. I would suggest that more starter items be included such as a roll of paper towels, a dish sponge, more than 1 garbage bag & 1 dishwasher tab. It was mentioned in the description so that is on us. So read carefully! Communication with Corrine was excellent. The weather just prohibited us from enjoying the outside porch, pool & outdoor area.

Great place - location so close to the beach and the view is great. Spacious, and having a 2d living room for the kids was wonderful. It was concerning that all the kid spaces are on the same level as the exits. Also very challenging was that you could not leave the doors unlocked so if you go to the beach or even to the backyard for the pool you have to know the code. Everyone has to memorize the code and it is not a simple pattern or easy code. Kids and older folks were struggling. I would encourage the owners to change the locks for this reason.For planning purposes - there are tons of plates and bowls and pots and pans - but no plastic cups for children (only glass). There are truly no dish soaps or toilet paper or dishwasher detergents other than one -they do tell you this but they mean it. There is no food storage so bring our ziplocs and storage for leftovers. There are no beach towels or pool towels or beach gear such as chairs so do bring all that. The listing accurately states this but I just wanted to highlight it as often I have found homes actually supply more than they say. We did have a wonderful long weekend with 3 generations of family. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. Thank you!

The house was a good size and in a great location, and the host was responsive and helpful. Those were definite positives.Unfortunately, the property did not feel well maintained or as clean as we expected. Many of the blinds were broken or completely missing, and there were dead bugs in many of the lower-floor windows. The pool area, pool chairs, and back deck were also covered in cobwebs, which made the outdoor areas feel like they had not been properly cleaned or maintained.Some of the bathrooms did not appear to have been fully cleaned. We found hair and visible dirt on one of the toilets. The outside trash bins also still contained trash from the previous guests.Additionally, the a couple of the comforters were visibly dirty, which was particularly concerning from a cleanliness standpoint.Overall, the house had a great size and location, and we appreciated having a responsive and helpful host. However, the lack of cleanliness and general maintenance took away from the experience. With better upkeep and a more thorough cleaning between guests, this could be a much more enjoyable property.

Sara - Thanks for the review. Check in was at 4 PM and you arrived at noon. The cleaners were there cleaning from the same day prior check out. The cleaners will not stay in the house with old or new guests in it as a safety measure. Next time it is wise to please allow the cleaners to clean the house until 4 PM so that it is in perfect order for your stay. Glad you enjoyed the amenities early as well as the location, the space and my hospitality. Corrine

Nice location and great space for families

We traveled with a range of ages and this space was excellent for each person. The 3 floors allowed for us to not be on top of each other and the multiple king bedrooms allowed for all the adults to have an en suite room. The stairs could be challenging for those with mobility issues but everyone in our party handled them well.

Excellent spot for our friends weekend

House had a great layout for our girls getaway. Upstairs was spacious with a great table and lounge space for socializing and meals. Check in process was easy - although we requested an early check in (3 hours) and it was expensive so opted not to do it. Adequate fridge and kitchen storage space. Nicely decorated and quality was great for the price.

VB Vacation

The house worked out perfectly for our family of 17, ages from 2 through 69. Access to beach was close and pool was large enough for all nine grandkids. Everyone had a wonderful time.

Great Stay!

Great stay! Our party consisted of 17 personnel, there was plenty of room. One block from the beach and the owners answered each call. Very clean home. You will not be disappointed!

Great Getaway

The House look exactly like it does on the website. Nicely decorated, fully equipped with lots of dishes, pots, pans, coffee machine, electric gadgets to make your getaway successful. The house was clean. Location was close to the beach. I would stay at this house again.
