apenas 50 metros da praia, só sair da casa e já consegue ver o mar !
Ótima localização, próximo ao centro , mercados(supermercado extra fica a 5 min de carro), farmácias e etc........................................

A casa é Boa. Bem grande e tem de tudo. Apenas uma observação o ventilador de teto de um dos quartos não está funcionando mas tem um na sala que usamos no quarto.

O imóvel é bem localizado. Foi recém reformado, mas ainda faltam alguns acabamentos .

Não possui wi-fi como citado no anúncio.Não possui ganchos para pendurar roupas nos banheiros , além de uma cortina no box, para evitar que o banheiro fique todo molhado.

Foi informado que não havia wi fi por se tratar de uma casa na praia e isso também não estava no anúncio, não havia box por ser trata de uma casa nova que ficou pronta recentemente, mas de resto tá tudo perfeito !!
