The location is a gem, centrally located to Tampa, Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg all within approximately 35 minutes drive. Orlando trip is under two hours. There is so much to do and see nearby.
The neighborhood is particularly friendly for family trips with kids. 5 min walk to small beach, picnic areas, trails and nature. 5 min drive to multiple parks and playgrounds. 5-10 min drive to dining, grocery and charming Oldsmar Fleamarket. 15 min drive to Tampa Bay Downs Horse Track. 25 min drive to Tampa Airport, International Mall, Tampa Stadium and Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks. 30 min drive to all: Clearwater Beach, Tampa Laury Park Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Downtown Tampa, Tampa Bay Lightning, Charming Hydepark and Bayshore areas. 35 min to St. Petersburg and beautiful Sunken Gardens. 40 min to Dali Museum. 1.5 hrs to Orlando.
