A proprietária realmente superou as minhas expectativas. Super recomendo o apartamento em local excelente acesso , perto da Praia Grande. O apartamento super bem cuidado com ótima infraestrutura e super limpo.

Apartamento perfeito, limpo arejado bem localizado e muito seguro, próximo a praia. Funcionários muito profissionais. A Vanessa proprietária foi ótima anfitriã muito prestativa respostas rápidas sempre que solicitada. Adoramos o lugar e con certeza voltaremos no seu Ap sempre que formos para Ubatuba!! Obrigado!!

Adorei o apartamento da Tânia, limpo, grande, agradável e super confortável. Fora que a Tânia é uma pessoa excelente de negociar e se relacionar, muito simpática e atenciosa. O apto fica numa excelente localização da Praia grande em Ubatuba foge dos barulhos e é bem próximo á praia. O condomínio muito completo com piscina salão de jogos e churrasqueira fizeram a festa das crianças. Voltarei outras vezes. Amanda

O apartamento é muito bom! Móveis novos e de bom gosto! O espaço é excelente e os banheiros são ótimos. A varanda possui uma bela churrasqueira. O apartamento encontra-se próximo a praia Grande. Não tenho onde colocar defeito. A Tânia apresentou honestidade e simpatia ao negociar. Indico a todos!

Tânia o seu apartamento é ótimo. Tudo o que está descrito no site é exatamente o que está lá, muito limpo e confortável, fácil de localizar. Toda infraestrutura perfeita. Fomos bem recebido pelo zelador, o apartamento estava muito limpo, assim como todo o restante do condomínio inclusive a piscina. E se Deus permitir, em uma próxima oportunidade estaremos lá novamente.. Recomendo esse imóvel... excelente. Parabéns a Tânia pelo bom gosto.

Fim de semana perfeito!

Adoramos o fim de semana que passamos neste apartamento em Ubatuba! O atendimento foi ótimo, desde a negociação, com a sra. Tania, passando pela chegada, com os funcionários, até a saída... Tudo perfeito! A localização é muito boa e o apartamento é ainda mais bonito pessoalmente: tudo limpinho e bem arrumado. Sem dúvida a proprietária ganhou clientes e, do que depender da nossa propaganda, vai ganhar ainda mais!
