This fabulous holiday home, situated in ever popular 'Old Tuross', boasts coastal and beach views. Perfect for a relaxing getaway, the property is within an easy stroll of beaches ideal for swimming, surfing and fishing. Whale watching is also a feature in season.

Equipped kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, the laundry has a washer and dryer. Reverse cycle heating and cooling on both levels for year-round comfort.

The Space:
On the top level of this comfortable home, you'll find the spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The room opens to a sun deck, perfect for barbecues or just relaxing in the outdoors. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and access to the front sun deck. Views Views Views!!

The entry level has a second living area with kitchenette, microwave & fridge which adjoins the third deck. The additional two bedrooms - one queen bed & two single beds are serviced by a second bathroom & laundry. Both living areas have televisions. Off-street parking.

Guest Access:
Check in from 2pm - Check out by 10am

Option 1: "Meet us there"
Jay and/or Lyne will be waiting to meet you on arrival and provide a brief tour of the house, its features, and answer any questions you may have about the property or Tuross Head in general. This is a great opportunity to get to know us and ask any questions you may have about your stay.

Option 2: "Self Check-In"
If you prefer to or are arriving late, self check-in is available by way of the keysafe. We will let you know the code a few days prior to check in. This option is great for those who like many enjoy a few stops along the way.

With two lakes and beautiful beaches nearby, you can enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and cycling all year round. This home has spectacular coastal views & is sure to become a year round favourite. So why not come and enjoy all that this beautiful part of the coast has to offer? You'll be glad you did!

Other Things to Note:
Please note; the grounds are unfenced. Internal stairs are not gated & may not be suitable for small children.

• Booking fee $55 – Maximum 6 Guests
• Refundable guest bond $300 is payable - details below.
• Minimum 7 night stay during peak season.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.

Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Kirkham Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings. 

Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 6 persons including adults & children. Additional fees to apply after 4 guests. 

A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.

Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Kirkham. The property is non smoking internally.

Interaction with Guests:
We are Lyne Gatty Real Estate - Lyne Gatty & Jay Gatty located right here in Tuross Head. Our usual practice is to meet guests on arrival at the house, however we are happy to make arrangements for self-check-in if preferred, or if you plan on arriving late.
