Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the Premises including the double garage. There is a locked storage room adjacent to the laundry that is not accessible by guests.
We are happy to meet you at the property on arrival or leave keys in the lock box located at the property.
The Neighborhood:
A range of swimming beaches, Lavender Bay boat ramp & Tuross Lake for fishing & boating are just minutes away. Just down Trafalgar Road, you will find the Boatshed Cafe as well as the Picked Octopus Restaurant.
As this home is located on a steep block with no fencing it may not be suitable for small children.

Guest Registration and Acceptance of Terms; Upon booking confirmation you will receive an automated message containing a link to our Guest Registration & Terms Acceptance form. This form must be completed within 24 hours of booking acceptance or your booking may be canceled. The form requires you to read and accept the terms and conditions as well as provide your valid photo ID. Please contact prior to booking should you have any queries at all.
Security Deposit . A refundable guest security deposit of $300.00 applies at Chalet on Trafalgar Tuross Head. The security deposit is held by way of a pre-authorisation against your card. The hold is placed on the day of arrival and released within 48 hours of departure unless withheld to cover any damages. Please note; this does not apply to airbnb bookings.
Guests numbers must not exceed the number of guests stated on the booking. The house has a maximum occupancy limit of 7 persons including adults & children.
A non-refundable booking fee of $55.00 applies to each reservation.
Large group bookings, parties or events are not accepted at Chalet on Trafalgar. The property is non smoking internally.
• Please note, that our property shares a driveway with our neighbors at number 21. It is crucial to keep the shared driveway clear to ensure smooth access for everyone. Chalet on Trafalgar is the RIGHT HAND side house as you enter the driveway, and the garage directly to the RIGHT of the driveway belongs to number 23. For your convenience we recommend parking your vehicle in the garage. This not only secures your car but also prevents any obstruction in the shared driveway, allowing free movement for our neighbors at number 21.
