Excellent location and very unique property

The location to Oceanfront and beach access could not have been any more perfect-we walked to coffee shops and cafe's from the house. Overall we had a great experience-if I was going to note any drawbacks it would just be that the internet modem was down for much of the time, which is not a big deal if you are out and about for the day, but the connectivity was spotty if you plan to work. The wraparound porch was dusty and the cushions were dirty upon arrival, but not a big deal to just brush it off and sweep a bit as we did. The house and community in general is very unique. We hosted a baby shower for may daughter at the location-all the guests loved it. Keep in mind, there are no paper towels, kitchen towels, dish or hand soap, sponges, beach towels-so be sure to bring those items with you. It is an old house, it creeks, there are drafts, and a few other oddities, but for the age of the home, that is expected. Overall we were very pleased with location, size, value, and communication with the property management-we would recommend this property.

House was clean- perfect amount of bathrooms for 15 girls. We had a great time and house was clean- loved the front porch

These houses are full of Roches . Please don’t rent to any Human

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have very bed experience, houses are old is not the problem but Roches is everywhere in the house. It was my mistake not to read pass review. All the reviews from 2019 to August 2021 says that do not rent these houses because everyone experienced Rochese and need lot of repair like bathrooms door do not locke , door knobs etc. There are too many problems to discribe. Location is excellent.

Bad they blame for a broken table after two days of ck out not fear ..I

Bad bad staying be cafully If you rent the place wasn’t clean when we get there and has cockroach …they blame me for something that I did and charge 425.00 for the thing they knew was already that way ..please be careful if you planing to rent make sure they don’t blame you and treat you the way they did to me .. bad service
