Set on six acres of beautifully fenced gardens, lovingly maintained by the owners, this tranquil property offers the ideal balance of relaxation, recreation, and comfort.

Inside, you’ll find generous living spaces designed for comfort and connection. The lounge room features a large lounge suite, open fireplace, L C D - T V, D V D player, V C R, stereo, and dining table. The rear sunroom offers a second welcoming space with a slow combustion wood fireplace, flued gas heater, and modular lounge — a perfect spot to unwind in warmth and comfort.

The refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, polished floors, and two dining suites — one for six guests and another for eight — ideal for shared meals and gatherings. A laundry with washer, dryer, and ironing facilities ensures all the conveniences of home.

Outdoors, enjoy the championship tennis court and beautiful gardens. An outdoor fire pit is available outside of bushfire season and on non-windy days only.
