This completely remodeled and newly decorated townhome located in VZ Top sits just above the renowned Highlands Country Club and.is just two miles from downtown Highlands. Surrounding Little Yellow Mountain at 4,500 feet above sea level, you'll have a fantastic 50 mile, 180 degree view of the Blue Valley.

Main Level:
This 2000 square foot condo features a living room with 12-foot ceilings, rustic beams, and a grand floor-to-ceiling picture window offering panoramic mountain views and sunsets. The living room also includes a stone gas fireplace with a rustic wood beam mantel. Adjacent is the dining area, seating six, with additional barstool seating for four at the kitchen counter. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless-steel appliances and a Keurig. A covered balcony off the dining room offers stunning sunset views.

Upper Level:
The entire upper level is dedicated to the primary suite, featuring a new King bed, updated bathroom with double vanities and a shower, and a TV for added comfort.

Lower Level:
The lower level includes two bedrooms: one with a King bed and TV, and the other with a Queen bed. There’s also a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a private covered balcony with rocking chairs and a table to enjoy the views.

Outdoor Spaces:
From the dining room, step out onto the covered deck and take in breathtaking mountain vistas from the comfort of plush seating—perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or evening drink. The upper-level primary bedroom features a private balcony with seating for two, offering the same stunning panoramic view. Both lower-level guest rooms also boast private balconies, each with seating for two, creating peaceful retreats for everyone to enjoy.

Stunning views, comfortable beds, great walks

We enjoyed the Mountain View’s, the decks for every bedroom, the comfy decor and sublime beds for a good nights sleep. Plush towels and linens, we took advantage of the nice walk around all of the condos on this ridge.

VZ Top

We were really happy with our stay at VZ Top 303. The place is updated well, you can tell the owners felt that good mattresses and well appointed kitchen were important to them - we appreciate it too, and the views are as good as it gets. The proximity to town combined with the views gave us what we hoped for. Side note, the neighbors who live in the area could not have been more kind - us short term renters should strive to keep it that way. We recommend this property.

VZ Top 303 was perfect for my wife, my mother, and I. Unit was in great condition and the views were beautiful! Alicen -- thanks again for helping out the Wright family this year. While my father John Wright passed last year, part of his legacy was a love of Highlands which he left with all of us. Looking forward to many future visits!
