The Space:
Step into a contemporary retreat designed for relaxation and reconnection. The main living area features cosy seating, a smart TV, ducted air conditioning, and a central log fire—perfect for unwinding. Nearby, a second lounge with a leather sofa, large TV, and DVD player offers a great spot for movie nights or quiet downtime.
The modern kitchen includes an oven, dishwasher, and a long breakfast bar with bold red stools, ideal for morning coffee. Meals can be shared at the large timber dining table for ten beneath a sculptural pendant light. Step onto the patio to enjoy the alfresco dining area, with a BBQ, loungers, and calming bushland views—ideal for long lunches or evening drinks.
All bedrooms feature wide windows with bush views and ceiling fans for warm nights. The primary bedroom features a king bed, large windows, and an ensuite with twin vanities and a walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and another ensuite, while the third is perfect for kids or friends, with three bunk beds, a reading nook, a built-in wardrobe, and plenty of space to play. A third bathroom includes a soaking tub set against the bush—ideal for a restorative soak. A full laundry with a washer and sink adds convenience for longer stays.
Outside, gather around the sunken fire pit under a canopy of stars during the cooler months, or rinse off in the outdoor shower after a beach day. Firewood is supplied for the first winter night, with more available at local service stations and hardware stores. The single-level layout and road-free surroundings make it especially family-friendly, with ample on-site parking.

Ideally located for exploring the best of the South West, this peaceful bush retreat is just a three-minute drive from the famous Injidup Natural Spa and five minutes to the sandy shores of Injidup Beach. Enjoy wood-fired pizza and wine at Swings & Roundabouts, or visit their cellar door just five minutes away. Head to Barnyard1978 for house-made pasta and honey, or indulge in modern Australian cuisine at Lamont’s or Wills Domain, both under a ten-minute drive. Family-friendly fun is close too—with Yallingup Maze, mini golf and Cape Lavender’s iconic scones just minutes away. For those keen to snorkel, the natural rock pool known as the Aquarium is only eight minutes away. When it’s time to shop or stock up, Dunsborough town centre is a scenic 15-minute drive.
