Nice apartment - a little tired
A nice apartment well located in Noosa Heads overlooking a river inlet and between it and a link road. The apartment is a little tired and could do with some minor updates but it is well appointed.

The unit was clean and conveniently located. Just a couple of things to note: the property is located on a main road so expect to hear road noise. The keys need to be picked up and dropped off at a separate location (about 3-5 min drive in Noosaville). Amenities are basic so remember to bring shampoo/body wash, tissue box and even the extra toilet roll (we didn’t think having 1 extra roll only was enough for our stay duration). Overall, it was an OK stay. Great for toddlers due to the canal and the bunk bed was great.

Delighted to hear you enjoyed your Noosa holiday. Amenities are basic and are only a starter kit to get you through the first couple of days. Yes, keys are to be collected from our office as we like to meet and greet all guests and to have the opportunity to asker any questions that you may have.
Sizeable 2 bedroom unit on the ground floor.
Finished nicely with every you need when away from home.
Overlooking the water with direct access to the canal, and right next to the pool.
15 mins walk to Hasting St and the beach, but right opposite some shops which have an amazing Fish & Chips shop.
Underground parking for 1 car.
Would highly recommend.
Property needs some work and updating. We provided extra wine glasses as there were only two. Also bought a bbq brush as were advised that bbq needed to be cleaned or an extra cost would be charged. There was nothing there to clean the bbq. Bought a few utensils as they were lacking.
There was some mould in the property which we advised the cleaners and they were addressing it. A musty smell whenever we walked in.
A great location for our boat.

We loved our little getaway at this property. Walking distance to Hasting Street and positioned on the canal which is great fun for the kids. We loved our little stay and will be back again.

The apartment was very clean. Location is great and the team was really helpful and friendly! Highly recommend!
First time we’ve stayed here and it certainly won’t be our last. Perfectly positioned just over 1km from Hastings street, and with river backed yard - it’s excellently positioned for all in our family. The shared pool was also wonderful, along with the ability to hustle across the road for dinner, coffee or any other supplies. Already looking forward to our next stay!
Lovely unit looking onto the canal with a lovely swimming .smart gadjets galore .LG tv had every app possible enjoy Spotify listening on the back ground .washing machine brand new and quiet.loved our stay would come back again in the future .
The water is right at the back door so our 7 and 8 year olds were living their best lives out on their kayak and SUP. There was no TV in the main bedroom so we did pull the mattress into the loungeroom and slept in there instead as the traffic was also a little loud. There is also a bridge maybe 50m down the road that our kids loved to jump off into the water where we went fishing. Best location we've stayed at so far with the shops and bottle shop across the road. Would love to go back!
Darling Location & absolutely perfect for small children
We were so pleased to have found this unit. It met all of our expectations and we would definitely come back again. Ground floor meant not hauling kids and all the luggage up and down stairs. Fenced balcony was safe for children. Kitchen, bedroom & bathroom all spacious and well equipped. Glad for the sand toys in the laundry. Pool was fantastic & private. Loved being able to walk outside on to the grass and sand. Our own slice of private paradise. Perfect for toddlers!

Loved stepping out the door and straight onto a kayak. Being on a canal meant we had water views. 2 minutes walk to the river and 2 minute drive to Gympie Terrace, river front, restaurants and boat hire.
The property was a great 2 bedroom let, set with lounge and kitchen facing water. A big TV made the evenings relaxing. A convenience store was just across the road in a complex with cafes and restaurants. An excellent place to stay.
