Fully furnished condo just minutes from the Big House Museum, Idle Hour Golf, Wesleyan College, Museum of Arts and Sciences, Mercer University, Cherry Blossom Trail, Grand Opera House, Amphitheater, Pickle Ball Court, and all the local attractions. PETS ARE WELCOME WITH PET FEE DEPENDING UPON SIZE AND BREED. FENCED YARD THERE ENJOYMENT.

The kitchen is furnished with spices, condiments, and complimentary coffee. The bathrooms are stocked with fresh plush towels and wash cloths as well as soap, shampoo, and conditioner.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king size plush luxury Serta mattress with gel memory foam pillows, a 50’ inch flat screen television, and local art all for your relaxing enjoyment. Who could resist a couple of nights in a serein nostalgic environment away from whatever ails you.

The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a large useable closet, ceiling fan, art décor to simply complete this bedroom. A queen size blowup mattress and extra linens are readily available as well in the hall closet.

The family room boost an extremely large fireplace and 50’ flat screen television. Its spacious enough for a great game of cards or lounging around for a movie night.

Guest have access to check in anytime after 4pm, come and go as you please, and same day bookings are available. This is a fun house! Host have no personal interaction with the guest other than via messages or phone calls. You may have a pleasant encounter with the cleaning ladies as you are checking out. Plenty of private parking is available with your very own private driveway. Downtown is only a 5 minute drive away or you can elect to use uber or Lyft for approximately $6.

I am leaving 1 star This house was horrible. It was dirty. It is not what the ad said it was. It is not a condo its more like a duplexe. The neighbor hood was run down. I would not recommend this house

We had a decent enough stay. Its good for 1-2 nights. We had 4 people stay so it was more expensive. The listing isnt entirely accurate. There werent pictures of the outside of the house. It isnt a Lavish Condo, it is partially updated townhouse with steps to enter the property.

The Perfect Bachelorette Pad

We were in town for my sister’s bachelorette and it was the perfect space for us girls! The chic decor and comfy beds made this weekend a huge success!

The property was very nice and comfy inside. The other houses on the street need a little bit of TLC but it was a nice, quiet area. We enjoyed our stay.

Good place , great price.

The property was a good place , we lived the fenced in yard on back , we lived the screen in porch ( but in need of repairs) . We loved the outdoor fireplace . Nice furnishings, Easy check in and out . Neighbor isn't the best but fairly quiet , just kids playing and dogs barking here and there . Our only complaint is the coffee maker isn't big enough to accommodate 4 people at once . Overall we enjoyed the stay and the property. Thank you for letting us stay the weekend at your property.

Cute quaint home

Nice little place

The owners were very attentive and helpful. Nice clean place with all the amenities. The neighborhood is a little rundown but the place is very nice and I at no time felt unsafe. Most of that entire town is kinda rough and the motels have bed bugs. So, I was very happy to find this place

A Mother's Day stay

This was my 1st time using a rental of this type. I'm GLAD I did!!! The host was amazing and The home was beautiful. It was like being at home and not closed up in a hotel. I'll be using this SAME home in the future when I go to Macon to visit my only daughter and granddaughter.

Ok for business

Location is good for business trip but would not recommend for family vacation. Back porch has a great set up but you will get a contact high from the neighbors whenever you go outside. Inside is nice. Just stay inside.

Quick Trip to Macon

My family had to make a quick trip to Macon for an event at my family's church that Sunday. We enjoyed our stay even if it were just one night. It was in a neighborhood that you can tell people own and are retired. It is quiet and close to every thing. Even uber eats pulled up fast. I would stay again this is the 2nd property of hers that I have stayed at. Property is well kept and comfortable! I recommend.

Clean and down to earth

After reading the other reviews about the neighborhood i had a few misgivings. But I found nothing wrong with the neighborhood. I enjoyed my few nights there and was quite pleased with the accommodations. When I had trouble with the wifi she was quickly able to get back with me with the answer even despite the late hour!

The reasons I knocked off three stars were these: -clean towels were in the dryer and still damp the night we arrived/needed them (see photo of empty closet)-dishwasher had been run, but all clean dishes were still in the dishwasher-not back in cabinets or drawers which gave the initial impression that there was but one fork, one spoon, etc.-there was some disgusting sauce like substance on the hand soap in the kitchen and inside the silverware drawer. -we had no tissues in the house; 2 extra rolls of toilet paper (for four people over 3 nights/ 4 days) and we had to purchase paper towels for the kitchen. -there was one sponge in the kitchen sink which had clearly already been used-gross.-we fought for hours trying to access the "TV remote" app and never could watch television.-there were dirty pillowcases on the floor of our closets upon arrival.-the deck was nice; however the screen on the back door might as well have not been there as the screen was barely hanging on; and the deck rail on the VERY rickety (read: UNSAFE) stairs fell off while we were walking down said stairs. -there were stains on the "clean" bedspreads in both bedrooms- very gross. -the front door was difficult to close/lock and-finally, there were coffee grounds from the prior guests still in the coffee pot filter. We were grateful for a place to stay and for the quick response time from the owner/manager; however, we will not stay here again in the future.

Host communication not good

The VRBO host has a couple properties and the sight was confused so it sent us to the wrong one first. Then when we got to the right one, we couldnt get inside bc i didnt get instructions grom the host. About an hour after i texted her throygh the sight, i got an email from VRBO to call her bc she was locked out of her accoynt. I called her... she then tells me that she texted me info i needed to my phone number. Which would have been fine, but since we could mot get inand , my daughter screaming bc she needed a restroom (autistic so you know that gets crazy)...i ended up finding a room at a motel with a pool....we are much happier with, its in a better area and everyo e is nice.The host really upset me after talking to her on the phone bc accidents happen and i was nice about the miscommunication but i am not happy with patong gor a service i didnt use.

Overall ok

The neighborhood looks sketchy, but we didn’t have a problem. Only stayed the night on our way to another state. The address was not easily marked at night. Outside lights were not on. Downstairs had an odor. The upstairs was nice and the beds were very clean and comfy. Downstairs kitchen was outdated and I personally felt the walls needed wiped down. There was a roach on the kitchen counter the morning we left. Look like it had been sprayed or poisoned but was still alive. Maybe that was the odor we smelled downstairs. I don’t want to be harsh but feedback is helpful. Please see this as constructive criticism only. I know what it’s like to try to get a business going.

Thanks for a comfartable home for the weekend

Lets me start by saying this house is definitely click bate. The pictures looked beautiful compared to what we walked into. The neighborhood does not look the best...But hear me out. If you are not a scary person and if you have protection with you you will probably feel comforable. We barely saw the neighbors it was farely quiet except for the police sirens at night close by but not in that particular neighborhood. The house is old but everything looked nice and clean inside. The back porch would have been great if the screen door wasn't halfway ripped off. The keypad to get inside the house kept getting stuck so we would be standing outside for a while trying to get the 7 to work.. Those 2 things definitely needs to be fixed. I didn't understand why we were to take our shoes off at the door because the carpet that was on the hardwood floors were dirty and the carpet on the stairs leading to the bedrooms were not the cleanest either. I cant see how we would have done any damage there. Overall it was ok no problems other than those I mentioned. I would not stay there again because the price was too much for what it was. I just want to mention also I see a few complaints about the neighborhood and someone saying just stay inside. My thing is if you have a certain skin tone you might feel out of place but We are not scared to be around people who look like us if you know what I mean. Thanks to the Host she was quick responding.

Nice time

This property is older, but has a homey feel. The kitchen is rather small, and wasn’t meant for both, me and my husband to be in (LOL). The yard was very well kept/trimmed. There is a washer and dryer, however the washer is older and had some rust in it, so I opted not to wash our laundry. The property is close to many things - shopping area, grocery stores, car wash, gas, etc. While it wasn’t home, it beat staying in a hotel. Felicia was wonderful and responded to any question I had immediately while at the property. I would recommend staying here.
