We do want to clarify that travel insurance is separate from the property’s cancellation policy. A reservation is not canceled “with insurance” through the property manager; rather, travel insurance is designed to help guests file a claim directly with the insurance provider when a covered reason affects their trip. We understand that cancellations can be stressful, and we always encourage guests to review both the booking terms and their travel insurance policy so they understand what may be covered.
