About this property

Stay in this charming and cosy 2 bedroom house for a month from January 10th until February 10th. Recently remodeled house with: -a washer and dryer. -a really good shower but no bathtub -Cable TV -Netflix -a great stove and a big fridge -Granite counter -a twin deluxe in one of the bedroom -a queen size bed in the other bedroom -2 porches -a clothesline -a nice yard where to sit and relax -ample street parking-2 blocks from the best coffee shop in Richmond called Catahoula
Very conveniently located 2 blocks from the freeway but still pretty quiet. I can hardly hear it inside the house.
Located in the best neighborhood in Richmond called North and East.
Very close to the border of El Cerrito.
A 5 minutes drive to the nearest Bart Station.
1 1/2 block from the bus stop.
2 blocks from Enterprise Rental car.
