Master bedroom has seating area at sliding doors overlooking beach and ocean. King size bed and pull out couch for additional sleeping room.

2nd bedroom with trundle bed sleeps 2 comfortably.

Amenities include: Lanai, internet access, cable TV, washer, dryer, bicycles, beach toys, use of community game room and swimming pool, water and electric included.

Perfect Snowbird Getaway

I booked Mary’s condo for my in-laws for the winter. The location can’t be beat (gorgeous view of the ocean) and the ease of access for seniors made this property perfect! Mary couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend her property!

Winter at Hacienda Del Mar

We enjoyed meeting so many nice people at the condo & our walks on the beach!! The weather was a it too cool for us a lot of days, that was our only drawback, but that’s nature for you!! The owner, Mary Precourt, is so nice & we have become friends, what a nice thing!! And we made several other friends while there!

Winter get away

Condo is very convenient to activities and restaurants. Directly ocean front and great views. Spacious and clean. We were there 3 months and enjoyed our stay. It would be nice if owner would clean out kitchen so renters have somewhere to put their groceries and supplies. Dishes and glasses that are dishwasher safe without notes telling you not to put in dishwasher. Condo does not need four spatulas? Condo also needs a sliding screen at living room door. We like a breeze through and listen to the ocean. Plus the condo needs to be aired out. There was always a smell to it. Overall it is a very nice place and we spent a lot of time outside on patio. We would stay again with a few adjustments.

It was hard to enjoy the 3 R's.

Our condo was lovely, and the view was everything that was promised. The owner was very friendly and attentive. Our problem was with hurricane repair to our building which was ongoing during the length of our stay. The beach erosion presented another problem. There were construction vehicles running all the time, yes even during the night on rare occasions. This continued from February 1 to the end of our stay (end of March). It just seemed to continually sound like beep, beep, beep!!!!! Backing up was the worse. Not relaxing. We were happy to have an end unit for the privacy, we have a small dog. The gates were down (broken), so people we always walking through, what we thought would be our yard. No privacy
