Welcome to your 4th floor direct ocean front oasis at 333 by the Sea. Your fully furnished unit is located on the top floor and provides spectacular ocean views. Wake up to view the sunrise in your bed accompanied by the sound of ocean. Your outdoor living area starts with an extra-large, enclosed lanai, to enjoy the ocean breeze and are steps from the ocean. The lanai can be opened to enjoy the calming sounds of the ocean. The unit was recently refreshed with new furnishings. The master bath has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom a bathtub. Comfy reclining sofa and chairs are in the living room. Free Wi-Fi is available in the unit and throughout the common areas of the building. Spectrum cable and Hi-speed internet is also available within the unit. Washer/dryer are in the unit. The kitchen comes fully equipped also with coffee maker, toaster/oven, can opener and drink blender. The secured lobby, social room, gym, heated pool area have all been updated within the last year providing a luxury resort feel. The white sand beach is never crowded but close enough to walk 3 blocks to all the restaurants and bars in downtown Cocoa Beach. Post Office, library and grocery stores are all near by. Launches from NASA can be seen from the lanai or on the beach in front of the condo building. This fully furnished condo welcomes renters for a 28 day minimum stay and is also availably for long term rentals.

You won't find a better view.

I would have given this condo an overall rating of 4.7 if I could have. Sue is a wonderful host who went out of her way to make my stay a great experience. She is aware of a few maintenance issues that need to be addressed and has committed to doing so. If it weren't for that I would have rated it 5 star.

The overall property of 333 By The Sea is lovely, well maintained and filled with friendly owners and renters. Super location over looking the Atlantic and close to everything you'd want near by. The 407 apartment had everything we wanted. It was clean, well appointed, laundry worked well, wi-fi robust, the owner Sue had set out helpful information on the apartment. The highlight of the apartment is the east facing lanai overlooking the Atlantic. Great feature, we opened the sliding doors every night so we could go to sleep to the sound of the waves on the beach. We ate almost all of our meals there as well.

The view and beach were wonderful but the condo was not clean when arrived. Only one beach umbrella so bring your own chairs and beach towels. One of the sliding doors on porch would not open. In general, items needed repaired/replaced/updated.

Family vacation

We all loved sitting on the very large porch watching the waves. Both bedrooms had perfect access to the patio. The location was close enough to visit Disney world and Sea world. We also were able to see two launches.

Beautifiul ocean view!

We very much enjoyed our July stay. Sue made renting this unit easy. Everything we needed was there. My personal favorite was the absolutely beautiful ocean view. We hope to be able to come back some day!

Perfect cocoa beach location!

This was one of the best homes we have stayed at. It is at a perfect location, away from the hotels & busy area but still walkable to whole bunch of restaurants. House is very well furnished & lanai is our favorite spot. Perfect to watch sun rise & full moon rise from there. We were also lucky to see a space shuttle launch right from the lanai as well. We loved the place & would highly recommend it to anyone going to Florida! Hope to return back here someday!
