Hope you had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for treating our condo with great care. Here are 1,2,3 simple instruction sheets Set thermostat to 76, please turn off all lights and fans.
Turn off all other electronics. If you used any dishes, please wash them! Remove all opened food and drinks. Empty trash placing bags in large bins by parking area. Please wash laundry if possible.
Before you leave, please place out condo keychains back on the wall space behind front door. Front door will lock automatically. We hope to welcome you back again soon!

A girlfriend and I came for a 5 day getaway. We’d come back, for sure!

The condo and surrounding grounds were clean, well-kept and quiet. We enjoyed the large, clean pool only steps from our room door. The beach beyond the locked gate was fabulous too. I felt safe here and would definitely come back with my family and friends!

Perfect Stay at Sandcastles

I stay at Sandcastles every summer. This unit is clean, spacious and updated. The ground level unit is perfectly located near the parking lot, pool and easy walk to the beach. The condo has everything you need for an amazing stay!

This property is right on the ocean in the middle of everything there is to do in Cocoa Beach. It is clean and properly maintained. The grounds are beautiful with an awesome pool and steps to beach access. The owner is great and very helpful.

Cocoa Beach stay

The unit was clean and updated and fully furnished kitchen and steps to pool and beach. They had construction going on during stay and outside and adjacent properties somewhat dated but Steven was very responsive and the inside of unit very nice.
