If its peace and quiet or a golfing holiday you're after then Balagorang is the perfect spot. Sit back and relax on the large sundeck and watch the kangaroos graze peacefully nearby. This spacious home offers plenty of accommodation (enough for 2 families) and two separate living zones. It has views over the Golf Course and to the bush and backs onto the 12th Fairway, it is also close to the hinterlands with wild life, walking tracks, bike paths, the river, the beach and of course the famous Great Ocean Road.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
