Dirty apartment

The location is fantastic but the property was not clean, dirty dishes with food stuck to them, handprints all over windows and mirrors, showers, and toilets dirty. We paid a substantial amount for 2 nights and it was unacceptable. When I raised these issues with the property managers at Great Ocean Road Real Estate, besides the rude eye rolls, I was told it was my error because I should have taken photos and called them to clean them after we checked in!! Very disappointing.
