This superbly appointed double storey family beach house boasts panoramic views of Louttit Bay from almost every room in the house. Luxurious features including spotted gum flooring, a double sided Philippe Cheminee open fireplace and stone Italian benchtops are just the beginning.
This spacious holiday home has all modern amenities suitable for an extended family stay. Front and rear balcony areas with surrounding bush garden are perfect for an afternoon BBQ, and multiple indoor living spaces allow everyone to spread out. Other features include ample parking, Sonos sound system and additional kitchenette downstairs.
All this, and only 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops. If you're looking for the perfect family getaway this summer, look no further.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is pet-friendly and allows pets within the specified guidelines.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
