This recently built modern home really is a hidden gem. Tucked away in a secluded area of the well sought-after Point Roadknight precinct. As you enter through a large door and hallway you have a grand master bedroom to your right with ensuite. Venturing further down the hall it opens out to the open plan kitchen, living and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as Tecknika dishwasher and microwave, gas stove top and Caesar stone bench tops. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are off the main living area, 1x tri-bunk and 1x queen bed. You will feel completely private and love the peace and quiet. Relax on the spacious sun deck while enjoying the serenity of the water fountain and bush garden setting. Positioned perfectly with only a 7-minute stroll to the popular Point Roadknight beach.
This home is an absolute delight suitable for 2 small or 1 large family. As it has a large entrance/doorway and being on a single level it would also suit those with mobility difficulties or who need wheelchair access.
