It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.

Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.

Fantastic location and high quality apartment.

Location was great and car not needed once we’d unpacked. The apartment had been recently renovated and the high quality job was evident throughout. Had a great time.

Okay apartment in excellent location. Note on fridge said we could pay a fee for late check out but the property manager stubbornly argued with me that they “never had this policy!” Unnecessarily painful experience in generally positive stay

Great Location, fantastic views

The place is right in the heart of Lorne overlooking the beach. The views are great and privacy is not compromised. The amenities are great, although getting worn and the worst was the cleanliness as the rooms have not been thoroughly cleaned with dirt under the furniture and stale Pizza under the bed, yikes! Apart from that, it was a great room but for the price you would expect attention to detail.

Great except for cleanliness and some lights didn't work.

All ok Perhaps cleaners need a "TICK OFF" list..and owners need to stay more regularly to see what is NOT working. We paid a premium and it was disappointing that our expectations were not met. Otherwise a lovely property in a prime position.

Spent time just relaxing, looking at the views and just steps to the beach, shops - everything. Comfortable beds, large rooms, very clean, heaps of space and with views right to Lorne jetty.

Views in the Heart of Lorne

Can't beat this location right in the heart of Lorne. Modern amenities with great heating and cooling. Perfect for our family of 3 but could easily fit 2 couples. Always well presented.
