Great spot

Great location and excellent views. Could just sit on balcony watching beach all day. The driveway and garage challenging with a big car. Would definitely be back and hopefully get better weather.

Fantastic Location

The property was very clean and well equipped. We had everything we needed for our family of four. It's an older style unit but the modern kitchen and bathroom more than made up for it. The position is amazing - right on the beach and only a few minutes walk to Kings Beach cafe's etc. Short stroll in to Caloundra Main Street as well. The coastal pathway is literally metres away and the views across the ocean are amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Great value for money.

Older beach front unit with uninterrupted views of beach, ocean and passing ships. New kitchen and bathroom, comfortable lounge dining area and three bedrooms. Only negative is narrow lane access and steep drive. Loved it and hope to return next year.

Budget accommodation, million dollar views

Just spent two weeks here, and I'm wishing I'd booked longer! The unit is comfortable with pretty much everything you need. Situated at the top of the cliff overlooking Kings Beach, you'd be lucky to find a better view in Caloundra. Will definitely be back, and would book this unit again without hesitation.
