Step out onto the expansive deck through French doors, creating the perfect setting for summer BBQs. And with the reverse cycle air conditioner inverter, your comfort is ensured throughout the year.

Safety is a top priority, with a fully enclosed backyard catering to the safety of both human and furry family members. Ample off-street parking is available, including a spacious single garage and a high carport, perfect for those with a love for boating. Families with infants will find the availability of two cots particularly convenient.

Don't forget to pack your bikes! At the top end of Cuttriss Street, kids can enjoy a BMX track, while a path at the other end leads into town and towards the surf beach. Additionally, adult and children's bicycles are available in the garage for your use. However, please ride at your own risk, as we do not take responsibility for any injuries.

With a stunning surf beach as well as a more child-friendly inlet beach, Inverloch caters to everyone from experienced surfers to toddlers experiencing the beach for the first time. Inverloch is located an hour and 45 minutes from central Melbourne and provides easy access to the South Gippsland coast and Wilsons Promontory.

Great location

We had a great time at this place the dogs included! A very short stroll to the beach and lots of off lead beaches. The house was clean and tidy and well equipped for what we needed.
