Las Gondolas, primer linea, padel, tennis, garden
The apartment is very well situated in front of the sea, with alle accomodations in the building: swimming pools, tennis, petanque, padel, pingpong, basket. The apartment has a nice terrace with a splendid direct view on the sea. In the apartment there is one bedroom with a big double bed (180x200). In the livingroom there is a big new sofabed (144x200), a smart tv, table and 4 chairs. There are two new quiet ceiling fans. There is kitchen with all necesarry tools and a bathroom. The apartment is very well located, only a few minutes walk from the citycentre with many restaurants, bars and shops. You don t need a car in Almunecar. There is a busstation from where you can take a bus to go to Nerja, Granada or Malaga. Almunecar is lovely for people who like the sea and a nice cosy citycenter. Not fit for habitation. Painting the whole house. Health and safety risk. Spent the whole of first day trying to contact owner. Impossible. Then VRBO who promised full refund. Still waiting for that. Apart from the painting the bedsheets and bathroom mat were flithy.

Een eenvoudige verblijfplaats en goed gelegen.
We hebben ons geamuseerd in het vakantie appartement.
