Happy Ours is a comfortable, affordable and elegant house, conveniently located only a short stroll from the popular waterfront and boat ramp in the quiet seaside, fishing town of Patonga Beach. Happy Ours is perfect for small families or couples bursting with natural lighting, modern furnishings, floorboards throughout and only minutes drive to Umina and Ettalong Beach shops, cafes and eateries. Main bedroom has a queen bed, and the sunroom has a tri bunk bed.

*Living space features a smart TV, DVD player, CD/Stereo
*Modern kitchen contains a 2 burner electric cook top, microwave
*Outdoor entertaining area with BBQ, outdoor setting for 6 *Approximately 100 metres to waterfront and boat ramp
*Air-conditioning throughout living room and kitchen
*Newly renovated bathroom contains shower and separate toilet
*External laundry with front loading washing machine

All linen, towels and bed making included for all guests. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

Just right!

We loved our stay at Happy Ours! Perfectly positioned and just what we were looking for. Everything we needed but not over the top. The kids loved the toys and books and the outdoor shower was a greay addition when we came back from the beach. We look forward to staying again.

A lovely escape from Sydney

A renovated beach shack with a great bathroom and kitchen. Moments from the beach and creek. A kayak and boogie boards are there for use. Thanks Happy Ours. We had a lovely escape from the omicron grind.

Happy Ours

Wonderful location, clean cosy and well appointed with lots of kitchen equipment. I was disappointed that 1. There was a charge for linen and bed making on top of what I would call the upfront fee (at least 2hours worth, I am not allowed to say the amount despite it being available on the website to make 2 beds????) 2. The linen was not there when we arrived 3. There was no tea/coffee etc available 4. There were no chopping boards

Christmas in quiet, away-from-it all beauty spot

We were happy with the renovated bathroom, kitchen and laundry. It's a quaint, entirely adequate small little house with good amenities - good kitchen in particular with everything we might need. Well done and comfortable. Good aircon. The bed needed a spare blanket as it was too hot for the dooner. We were delighted to be able to use the kayak and the boogie boards. Thank you very much.
