No need to bring coolers, beach towels or beach umbrella - all are supplied. The unit sleeps 4 with a beautiful king size bed, and should you have children, a queen size fold-out sofa bed. If you so desire, you can partition the bedroom off from the living area. There is a large flat screen TV along with DVD player in the living room and a smaller TV in the bedroom. The unit comes with included cable and internet WiFi.

Along with its desirable location at the southern end of Fort Myers Beach, the Estero Beach and Tennis Club has pickleball and tennis courts, a heated swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, shuffle-board court and beautifully maintained gardens. For those who want to cook and dine alfresco, there are several outdoor barbecue areas outfitted with free gas grills, tables and chairs for those evening cookouts. The complex also has coin & card operated laundry facilities located on the ground floor of each building should you need.

The complex is directly across the street from the Santini Marina Plaza, which has just reopened! New shops, boutiques, Italian restaurant and a great marina where boats and kayaks can be rented. Just a next door is a 711 and CVS. Further up the road is an excellent Publix supermarket that can be reached by car, bike or trolley. The island trolley runs the length of island and costs only 75 cents. The trolley stop is almost right outside the EBT. Hop on and head up to Times Square, where you can enjoy open-air dining, street performers, live music, and souvenir shopping.

The beach is directly accessible from the condo via several paths. Bike or drive to Lovers Key State Park, which is less than 3 miles away from Estero Beach & Tennis Club. There you can hike wetland trails, canoe or kayak between the islands, or bike through the mangroves, all while watching dolphins, manatees and bald eagles. Or you can boat in the Gulf waters or the bay, fishing, parasailing or paddleboarding. There are numerous bike, kayak, jet-ski and boat rental establishments on Fort Myers Beach.

No pets and no smoking allowed. There is a no-smoking policy enforced in all the buildings. This includes ALL units, balconies, elevators, lobbies and hallways. Smoking is allowed 100ft away from the buildings.

I also live close by should anything go wrong and would be able to address your issues or concerns at short notice and in person if needed.
