Legacy 4 is located at the back on the first floor of a small block of units across from Bilinga beach. This unit offers 2 bedrooms - master with queen and second with 2 single beds, and bathroom with walk in shower.

The unit features a spacious, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and living area complete with comfortable furnishings and access to a shared balcony which offers ocean views and breezes. Ceiling fans in the loungeroom and both bedrooms. There are also communal laundry facilities and a single lock up garage for your convenience.

This is affordable beachfront living in the finest position.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office at 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 5 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport

Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. so many cockroaches, the ceiling fans were so low, got hit on my hand by the ceiling fan. No aircon, no wifi, no towels. Cannot use their bedsheets, had to bring our own all the way from adelaide. overpriced.

Heating the apartment

The property had only 1 small heater. It made my stay in the evening and especially early morning very uncomfortable. I couldn’t understand the both bedrooms and the living area had a fan in each but only 1 small heater for all 3 areas.
