Modern and comfortable, this home includes full wheelchair accessibility, a secure backyard, open plan living area, reverse cycle air conditioner, NBN (Wii Console and Netflix), timber floors throughout. Free WIFI Walking distance to shops and main street and across the paddock is the Phillip Island R.S.L. Pet friendly, this property requires a $200 dog bond, which is returned once the property has been checked for poop/digging/scratches/damage etc. The backyard deck has an outdoor setting and Electric BBQ. Double carport includes a 15amp outlet for E.V or mobility scooter charging. Fully equiped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher. Front loading washing machine and dryer. 3 bedroom, 2 huge bathrooms for disabled access. Bedroom 1 - 1 x Queen bed with WIR and ensuite Bedroom 2 - 1 x king single and trundle Bedroom 3 - 1 x tri -bunk (double on bottom and single on top).
LINEN NOT SUPPLIED Doonas with covers and pillows are supplied, however, YOU are required to bring your own LINEN, (top/bottom sheets, towels, bathmats and pillowcases) or you can hire these for an extra $25 per person. Please advise us if you wish to hire linen prior to arrival. Beds made up is an extra $15 per bed and must be advised a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival.

GUESTS upon booking MUST advise ages of all guests. STRICTLY no Schoolies, Bucks Parties, Hens Parties. It is a requirement of our owners to obtain ages and number of guests staying at this property. All guests must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult, guardian or parent. If the accompanying guardian is not present, we can evict without refund. The host reserves the right at any time to cancel or not proceed with a booking that does not meet these requirements.
This property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. If at any time we find you are accommodating more people than you have booked for, you will be evicted immediately and extra charges may apply. All bookings are subject to owner confirmation and approval.
You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide us with a copy of your Drivers Licence & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in.
NON SMOKING POLICY: applies to all of our holiday rental properties both inside and outside the property - extra cleaning charges may apply for any butts found on the property.
Bookings - are accepted by First National in good faith as agents for the property owners. Bonds: Some properties charge a guest bond.
CANCELLATION POLICY Upon booking a 50% deposit is payable immediately. The total balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation requests before the 30 days of arrival - 50% deposit will be refunded Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival – No money will be refunded
KEY COLLECTION - All keys must be picked up and must be returned to our office in Cowes. You will be required to sign The Guest Registration Form and provide our office with a copy of your Drivers License & Credit Card prior to your arrival OR on check in. AFTER HOURS KEY COLLECTION MUST BE ARRANGED WITH US THE DAY BEFORE ARRIVAL.

The location is great… within walking distance of the shops. We stayed last year too. The only negative this time around were the weeds in the backyard which made it not so dog friendly but they addressed that during our stay. Recommended if you’re after a clean, easy property to enjoy your time in Cowes.
The location suited our needs as well as the accessibility of the house when my brother from overseas was spending time with my elderly father.

We had a lovely stay at the unit. Fabulous place and close to town. Easy walk into shops. It did have a slight smell to it.
The property is located very close to basic amenities like supermarkets, medical clinics, petrol pump, etc. Cowes beach is a 5 min drive and there are several restaurants and cafés near by. The property was handed over clean but the backyard grass wasn’t mowed recently. Getting the keys of the property was easy. There’s just 1 queen bed and the rest of the two rooms have a King single and a bunk bed, respectively. Overall experience was good.

We had a wonderful stay, the house was perfectly clean and lots of space. Amazing location close to the very popular RSL Club and only a few moments walk down the main street into Cowes for all the restaurants and cafe's. Very hard to fault and would definitely stay there again. Staff at First National all extremely helpful and made the process very easy and comfortable.
For the first time I was able to go away and enjoy my stay. I am in a wheelchair and very limited in what my abilities are. The house had everything I needed. Thank you for everything.

We had a great stay, however the the furniture and around the window were super dusty. The lounge could be updated, bad for the older generals their backs. The beds weren’t the greatest and the bunk bed was super squeaky. The doona in the main bedroom was awful and sounded like dipping your hand into cruise cut chips. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Phillip Island stay with disability bathrooms
Lovely location, great disability bathrooms. Washing facilities and wonderful kitchen. The couch in the lounge room is very low, so not suitable for older or disabled use.
The property was wonderful, very clean and bright.
The disability bathroom was a plus for my client, the only thing I could recommend would be another double bed in the 3rd room as adults don't enjoy sleeping in a single or bunk..

Excellent wheelchair accessible accommodation 15-20mins walk from Cowes foreshore. Secure yard for our Golden Retriever who loved his walks on the beach. Cowes RSL only a 5min walk from the property for a meal and drinks and supermarkets only a 10min walk.
good location but aged decor made the stay quite uncomfortable
nice enough house, great location, outdoor setting, couches and beds were so uncomfortable and dated it spoilt the holiday as there was nowhere to relax.
also a used mensural pad found in middle bedroom wardrobe.
for 3k comfort should be a given at the very least!

One of the worse rental experience since I have being coming to the island. We have rented over 19 homes and this one was one of the worse ones. Furniture is old and not comfortable, the place was not cleaned considering the house was vacant a whole 24 hours. BBQ and Stove were dirty, floors not swept, spider webs with dead spiders at the entrance of the door, no decking rail which I am surprised as any one can easily fall backwards if they don't realise how close they are to the edge. I am little surprised that this is compliant with regulations, I think you should investigate in case someone falls and hurts themselves, it will be a very expensive work cover payout depending on the damage one may cause to themselves, positive the overall size of the house was great, also I think you should have blinds on the sliding doors, you are totally exposed at the back.
