This one bedroom unit is not only nicely decorated and remodeled, it is fully set up for your vacation and will have everything your heart desires. All new flooring, furniture, and kitchen is well stocked, linens and towels provided. New Queen bed in the private bedroom and nice sofa in living area, NOT sofa sleeper. Therefore this condo will only accommodate 2 guests.

Well stocked with beach items, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels. Well stocked kitchen with cook wear etc. Block away from the beach so sunset every night. Can walk with all your beach gear. Once to have a patio. Good pool .

We loved staying in this clean and cozy condo! Easy access to the beach and we had beach chairs, towels, scuba mask, etc. The owners made sure we had everything we needed to have an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Would highly recommend staying here!

A short walk to the local dining and bars. The beaches right across the street (charley young and Kam I are good snorkel spots when you go to the reefs on either end). Condo was great!

Clean quiet property with no issues

Our 2 week stay was awesome and easy, with a super well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of towels, dishwasher pods, paper towels etc, a beautiful ground level lanai for eating meals outside and a great central location across from Charley Young beach and within walking distance to great food and the food land grocery store.

The perfect location

This is a great location, restaurants, beach, parking. I cannot say enough good things. Only negative was beach goers were openly parking and walking to the beach, leaving parking for property guests limited. I did mention it to the security person but he was to busy playing on his phone to even look up. We had everything you can imagine, right down to a cooler. Note: only the bedroom has a/c.

Kihei delight

We had an absolute wonderful time in this delightful ground floor unit in Maui Vista. The check in process was seamless and everyone from the office staff to security were very pleasant. It’s a short walk to the beach, the pool is clean and was refreshing, and the condo itself didn’t disappoint! It looks exactly like the pictures online. The beds was comfortable as was the rest of the furniture in the unit. The only issue we had was trying to figure out the check out instructions (there weren’t any listed)… I would definitely try to stay in this condo on my next trip to Maui!

We really loved the location. The house was clean, and had modern furniture & appliances. The only thing we wished is that it had AC. It also sometimes took some time for the property management to get back back to me regarding questions. And they were not reading my emails thoroughly and was asking me questions I have already answered in a previous message.

I loved the location! Close to so many things! Having the beautiful beach across the street was a major plus. Thank you for having the beach necessities (chair, cooler, towels) available for use! The condo is beautiful, I had everything I needed. The ONLY problem I had was the shower would not drain- from the very first day. Thank you for a very enjoyable stay.

This place was wonderful and communication was great. I'd say the only negative is it was hot in the bedroom at night even with three fans on us. Air conditioning could be a plus but other than that it was great

Maui Trip

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is ideal as it's walking distance to many bars and restaurants as well as Charlie Young beach and The Cove which is a great beginner surf spot. Worth noting that the current couch isn't a pullout but it can comfortably sleep one person. Also worth noting that there's coolers, an umbrella and a set of fins at the property. Save yourself a few bucks and don't rent those items!
