Great stay in Marco Island!

Overall great beachfront location with restaurants and shops just down the road. The building is well maintained and quiet. The unit is upgraded which was very nice. Angie from the property management team was great to deal with, she was very helpful and made the process easy for us. The overall experience was positive and would love to return again soon!

Perfect Beach Time

Condo was clean and beautiful. Angie from Marco Escapes was amazing. Somerset was doing some painting work and we had to be relocated prior to our arrival. She offered a great substitute to our original unit. Although work was being done, property was still quiet and relaxing. The check in/out process was super easy. Would definitely rent again!

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our time in the condo.. it was clean and well decorated. The only issue was the dishwasher was broken the entire week. There were 2 repair people out trying to fix it throughout our stay. My understanding is a new dishwasher was installed the day we checked out.

Property is beautiful. The condo is comfortable. Very clean. Appliances are great! Loved the extra ice maker!!! Balcony is wonderful and the patio furniture is super nice!!! Only downside is the blinds. There is no blind in the hallway so makes privacy at night a little uncomfortable. Also the blind in the front bedroom is not a darkening shade and it is super bright in the morning.

Amazing property with amazing views

This was our first time renting a condo in Marco and it didn't disappoint! The property was amazing with even better views. Sitting on the balcony was one of my favorite places and everything in the condo was perfect. This is also a great location for some privacy, while also being close enough to walk places. Also, the team at Marco Escapes were great to work with - will definitely look to book this property again.

Great Place, fun city and great Management team

My girlfriend and I had a blast on a Marco island. It is a wonderful place and the people we met were all very friendly. The restaurants and bars were great and fun. The beach is amazing. Also a complete 5 STAR to the management team. We left our keys and my jacket at a restaurant, and by the the time we got back to the condo it was closed. Called the 24 7 management line and a young man somehow got into the restaurant and retrieved my jacket and keys to let us back into the condo. All this after midnight. This kind of excellence and care is very rare these days. I HIGHLY COMPLIMENT THE TEAM WHO MANAGES THE UNIT! You will love the Unit and all of Marco.

Beautiful remodel

Room was recently remodeled with top notch quality and color scheme so we agreed with the property manager that it is one of their favorite rentals. This was our first time to Marco Island and the whole island was beautiful. We enjoyed our walks on the beach. Recommendations for restaurants were appreciated. Would be nice to have a hot tub by the pool.

Excellent property. Very nice room. We just happened to pick the week they were doing a lot of maintenance on the property. A little annoying with all the noise, but still a beautiful property.
