A very comfortable house in a quiet setting surrounded by trees. A spacious and serene back deck. The host was great and kindly let us check in early, and also was very helpful regarding some items left in a drawer by my daughter. We enjoyed our four night stay.
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It was exactly like the photos and the communication from the owner was wonderful. The spa was amazing!!
Terrific location in Rye and very close to the shops.
A great "girls weekend away" house with comfy beds. Excellent outdoor spa. 10 minute walk to the Rye back beaches. A few minutes drive the hot springs. Excellent coffee
The property is so beautifully designed with lovely furniture and finishings, and is set up high among the trees. We loved the hot tub outside and exploring the garden. A very handy location but also very quiet and Natasha was an extremely kind host
We wanted a couple of nights away from reality with the kids and this was the perfect place.
We’ve been visiting rye for many years so the location of the property was perfect for where we wanted to venture too.
The spa, the Xbox and the bunk beds were the highlights for our eldest and the quietness was ideal for us adults.
Natasha was a breeze to deal with and exceptionally polite and understanding.
Can’t wait to rebook another weekend soon.
We loved our stay at this cosy little home, we especially enjoyed the hot tub. We had some issues turning on the heater (our issue, not the heater) and the host was fast to get back to us and give us a hand. Recommend.
Lovely property full femced for your dog. Great outdoor spa in tranquil setting (kookaburra’s visited). Nice house with everything you need already there!! Owner is a very good communicator and has been very pleasant to deal with. Would love to visit again !! Many thanks for having us.
Beautiful cottage like beach house close to beaches and shops. Natasha let us check in really early which was fantastic and like an extra day. Spa was a hit with my three teenage girls( plenty of room for three) The queen beds were very comfortable and the kitchen although small had everything you needed . Our dog loved the large back garden .A very enjoyable stay, thankyou .
We had a great few days away relaxing at the beach house. The backyard was fantastic for entertaining and the spa was a hit. Nice quiet part of Rye and only a short walk to the beach + coffee. A big thank you to Natasha for being so accomodating. Would definitely stay again!
Clean, beautiful and spacious property! Amazing outdoor area with hot tub and dining table. Extremely comfortable bedding. We loved our stay and will be sure to stay again. Thanks!
My family and I had a great holiday in this house. The house was fully equiped with all we needed and more. The board games and spa meant fun for us all.

Really lovely beach house
You can see alot of love went into this house. The garden is beautiful and has so many great spots to relax and enjoy where you are. We were very comfortable and had all we needed. My daughter was so excited to find stacks of paper and colouring in pencils and my son was overjoyed at the X-Box. We had a few hiccups and Natasha was very responsive doing everything she could to help us out. We had a lovely couple of days here and definitely hope to stay again one day.
