Located in a beautiful and desirable area of Big Bear, close to the lake and village, it provides the ideal setting for your getaway. Enjoy the comfort of one of the few homes in Big Bear equipped with A/C, ensuring a pleasant stay year-round. With its combination of modern amenities and prime location, you'll never want to leave.
LIVING SPACE - This expansive 1800+ sq ft home features two inviting living rooms, each offering ample comfortable seating for everyone. Enjoy entertainment on the TV or gather around one of the two beautiful fireplaces for a cozy evening. The dining table provides a perfect spot for meals, while the bar seating adds a casual touch for snacks or drinks. This home is designed to offer plenty of space for relaxation and togetherness.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs (top floor) master bedroom has a queen bed and TV. Upstairs (mid-level) second bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs (mid-level) third bedroom has a full bed and twin bed. Both living rooms has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove, oven, center island, double door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.
AMENITIES - Pool table and foosball table! Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast WiFi, board games and card games. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Laundry area with side-by-side washer/dryer.
OUTDOORS - Hot tub, patio furniture, and gas barbecue. Enjoy the back deck and fenced yard!
PARKING - 3 car garage. Steep driveway - not suitable for low profile vehicles and will require chains in the winter.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
